I am usually good at assembly, but this was very difficult to assemble. After multiple calls to the customer help line, I finally asked for someone to come out to assist. I got a number of a national company that does this. Too bad that wasn't available on the directions, or given out the first or second time I called for assistance. I felt this product was too expensive for what it was and the time it took to finally get it assembled, and I had to call for one replacement shelf, as one glass shelf arrived in smithereens.
