We took two sets of binoculars on safari in Tanzania this Summer: the Leupold Cascades and a set of Zeiss Victory ones borrowed from a friend. On paper, the Zeiss should out perform the Leupolds by a mile, but really there was nothing in it! We were pleased with the clarity of the Leupolds and the easy set up. If you're looking for some well-priced decent binoculars, these are definitely worth the money.

Since I bought these bino i have nothing but high mars for them Looking thru thr muti coated optics makes for a dream. They are realy well built. and as you know,leupold'scustomer service is second to none

These truly live up to the Leupold name. I mainly bought them because I have a Leupold scope and had some AMEX points to cash in on and I couldn't pass them up. They are as good as their reputation. Not to mention . . still made in America (with Japanese glass). I have not had them out in extreme conditions yet, but hoping they will not fog up! They were ice cold upon delivery and I tried them out in the house and seemed fine.
