Lasko Designer Series Oscillating Ceramic Heater

I purchased this heater for my office space and am pleased. I tried it at home before bringing it to work and it heats both spaces very well. It is attractive and works nicely with the decor. It is easy to operate and completely meets my expectations for small spaces.

The fan is audible but by no means irritating. The unit heats up quickly and will reliably turn itself off when the desired temperature is reached.

I do have to close my door a bit for the heat to stay in as it does not heat well with a draft. I will also mention that the grate in front does get hot, but the unit itself is cool. It doesn't have a handle in back, but it's not difficult to move either. It is plugged into its own socket and has not caused any power glitches so far.

The WalMart price is reasonable and lower than most other sites that advertise this product.

Overall, this is an excellent little fan for a small, closed-in space. The remote-controlled model would be a nice offering.

We bought this product to lower our heating bills. Instead of turning the baseboard (very expensive) heat on in multiple rooms of our house, we decided to purchase the Lasko Heater (which is portable) and can be moved from one room to another. While my husband is in the living room & has the baseboard heat on, I have the portable Lasko heater on in my office, which is keeping me warm without having to put on a coat or the baseboard heat. I would recommend this product.

This is a great little heater! I have a gas wall heater that usually takes care of my whole house but my kitchen catches the north wind and is always cold. This little heater works so well that I can back off on the gas heater. It's also stylish! The on and off thermostat feature is also nice! Price is good too! I think you would be happy with this heater just as I am.

My wife purchased this nice looking heater,my it's cute but you will think I'm crazy for this ,but last night I was awaking by a sound that sounded like a TV was on thought my daughter had fallen asleep an left it on and it was the nice looking (Quiet) heater....Huh you be the judge

this is a wonderful product. it goes in my bathroom where the kids are in and out. so far this has not burned them and the whole family loves it!

I tried the heater after I read previous reviews. In my case, I could not feel any heat 4' away so I returned the product. Maybe in a room that is small an dfully insulated. I was trying to add heat to my living room which sits over the garage but it did not heat the room up at all.

I bought one of these heaters a couple of months ago & I love it! It's portable, so I can move it from room to room with ease. The look is so stylish; it blends in nicely in my family room & transitions to fit in nicely with my beadroom furnishings. Everyone that comes over comments on the great look; they couldn't believe it was a heater! As I think is everywhere, we've had unusally cold weather so I'm about to order another one so that I can keep one in the front of the house & one in the back. Great product!!!

I decided to shop for a heater after 2 months of having an insanely high electric/gas bill. I've never been steered wrong by W-M customer reviews. After reading about 30+ reviews I decided to go get this heater. Lucky for me... b/c the next morning my heater went out. I set up this heater in my living room and after running it for 2 hours straight the room didn't get any warmer. I don't get how the other reviews claimed this was an awesome product b/c from my experience it isn't. Yes, its relatively quiet and "cool looking" but it isn't doing the job its suppose to which is heat up my small living room. For customers looking to get a heater, a word of caution, take ever review with a grain of salt and judge for yourself. As for me, I'm returning this heater.

I could only think of one thing to say after plugging in this little heater...WOWZA!! We purchased a Lasko large room heater Monday. It just could not heat our large living room. I decided to take it back and try two medium heaters instead. So I went on line and read over the reviews. This one had such great reviews I thought I would give it a try. I ended purchasing three for our large house. I plugged one in the living room, one in a back hall by three bedrooms, and one in our large master. The one in the living room is heating better than the $70 large room heater I had just taken back. This little heater puts out the heat, and the oscilating feature is an added bonus. I just cannot say enough about this little heater. It is so cute, even my husband said it was really pretty. If looking for a heater that is really worth the money, this one is it.
