The product has an amazing finish for the price. I bought these as a gift for my girlfriend and she just loves them. The item was very well packed for site to store shipping yet one of the cups was broken. Instead of returning, I just ordered another set to increase her place settings. Why not? the value is there in this product.

Recd these and they were perfect...very nice heavy weisht and seem very durable. Have that hand crafted look and feel. Love the red with the black outline around the edges of the dishes. Very nice red color, not fire engine red but still very vibrant without being overpowering

I really like these dishes. Although one of the large plates has a large hairline crack in it... It was like that when I opened the box... Maybe from shipping. I didn't feel like sending them back so I just put some super glue on the back and clear-coated the front. It's holding up pretty well. I also expected the red to be more of a crimson color, but it's all good... You've got to expect it to be i little different than the pic, with lighting and whatnot. Over all... It's a GREAT value for the price and I'm probably going to buy another set so I have some extras! Happy buying!!! :)

Bought for my daughter and she likes this somewhat heavy weight set. Her kitchen is red and black base, and she wanted to add color to the black dinnerware she had. She likes the size of the cups - not too big and not so little. The saucers work as a small plate for a child, and they tip up like a bowl so juicy foods don't spill over.

And I got red and black. I like the set, my only beef is that I think the edges are starting to wear a little bit and I've only had it for less than a month. Though this is also the set of dishes I have, but I'm 1 person living alone!

These dishes are really nice especially for the price. I did however exchange them the the Rave red and black square dishes as soon as I got them, but that was only because I changed my mind before then. They are really beautiful and the color is great. I would definitely recommend these to anyone though.

This product is not durable at all. The plates are heavy to hand wash and chip easily! I have a box that I haven't even opened that I am going to give to goodwill.

I did the site to store option and when I opened the box there was a broken plate. The red doesn't look as nice as the picture but it was still good looking. The plates really just werent packaged right from the company. I exchanged them for store credit and bought some plates that were similar at the store. I probably would have kept them if there was not one broken.

i love these dishes... the red is very vibrant and beautiful... the theme of my kitchen is italian chef, and these dishes fit right in. they are gorgeous, and very sturdy... my two year old got ahold of one of the mugs and dropped it... no chips, cracks, or any damage at all.... 5 stars!!!!

While they look nice individually, the workmanship was medoicre - The reason I say this is the plates are crooked. When stacked on top of each other the gaps between plates vary greatly as you rotate the plates. This does not show when they are placed on a table by themselves so I am willing to overlook this.
