I compared prices at several stores for a 12 ft tree. This was the best price, and the tree turned out to be a little taller than our other 12 ft tree. It comes in 5 sections instead of 3, but still not difficult to assemble. Good value overall.

This tree is huge, it is ideal for a room with 20 or more feet of ceiling space. It has ample lights that really make it shine. It is the most beautiful tree I have ever owned. It is full and a beautiful green, it is so lifelike it seems like you can almost smell the pine. I light up every time I think about the great deal I got. Everyone that has seen it is in awe about the beauty of it. Strongly suggest purchasing it, if you can find one in your area.

Excellent product. Worth well more than I paid. Only disappointment was that the description online stated LED lights and they were older incandescent type.
