This La Jolla women's cruiser bike is styled in a classic design, with an extra-low dropped top tube designed for maximum comfort. Its full aluminum frame reduces the weight to an incredible 28.5 lbs, and makes the bike enjoyable and easy to handle. The single speed and coaster brakes provide simple and safe riding. Lightweight alloy rims and an alloy crank help keep the weight down.

This is a great bicycle. Very light weight for a sub $100 bike. Build is great on the frame, so/so on the body pieces (splash guards). The seat is very comfy and it rides well.

I love this bike. It arrived in excellent condition. I was looking for something simple to operate - I love not having to use a hand brake, and no hand shift - just one easy to use gear.

I bought this bike for myself about 1 year ago. I waited to post a review until I was sure on this Bike. It is a really great bike! My only issues in the year that I have had my bike is the seat will sometimes "readjust" on it's on and I have to turn it back straight and the fenders sometimes rub against the tires. Both of these issues are easy fixes. It is a simple bike, no gears and has pedal brakes, it was just what I wanted. I keep my bike in the garage, never outdoors, so it has not been exposed to the weather, it still looks brand new! This is a perfect bike for someone who wants a simple, easy to use, no hassle, enjoyable bike ride. I ride my bike at least 3 times a week.

I would have given five stars in every catagory, but the bicycle was damaged in shipping and some parts were missing. I just put the bicycles together today and I was disappointed with this one. The other bike was fine. It has some deep scratches and gouges on the frame down near the pedals. Also two nuts, two washers and one bolt were missing.(probably as a result of the rough handling. There were some holes in the box.) I found some spare parts in my workshop and I have it completely assembled. It rides fine but my wife is not too happy with the damage. Thanks, Ray Dellinger

I purchased this bike for my daughter to ride around with her children. She thinks it is a beautiful bike but says the brakes don't stop the bike fast enough. She is returning the bike to try and get the same model with better brakes. Other than that she liked the bike, said her husband put it together very quickly and put a child carrier on the back easily. She'd like it just fine if the brakes were better.

This bike was all I expected. Beautiful paint job: the blue color swirls between blue and turquoise and it has a wonderfully WIDE seat. Being aluminum, the lightness is a bit disconcerting if you are used to a regular bike's weight. But, I'm hoping that I just get used to it. It makes me a little fearful when turning. The brakes however are absolutely great. They are steady and quick to stop without making you go over. I really like this bike and expect to use it a lot with my husband.

Bought a women's and a men's version of this bike. Put 42 miles on them in 4 days in a beachside area. The women's bike was perfect - no problems with anything. The men's bike was great until one of hte pedals worked its way loose, stripping the thread, after 38 miles (had to bike 4 miles with just one pedal to get back home). The moral of the story - great bike, but go over it and make sure all bolts, etc. are tight before you use it. Also, don't forget to lubricate the chain. In summary, we had a great experience with the women's bike, and the problem we had with the men's bike was because of poor assembly, not a defect of the bike itself. Plus, they look great.

I've had the bike for 3 months and I have no complaints! Reasonable price, and it's nice that everyone comments on the bike's stylish look. However before purchasing I will advise some buyers to make sure you know that this is a CRUISER bike! It does not have gears, so therfore it is difficult to go up inclines and hills. I just wanted to clarify that, due to some negative reviews I've read. I ride around downtown buffalo and resident parks. You will no be sorry for purchasing this bike!!!

We bought this bike for my 11 year old son and within a week the front tire tube had to be replaced, it split at the seam. Approximately, within another 2 weeks the same happened to the rear tire tube! After my son being without his new bike for longer than he has owned it the chain has fallen off numerous times!!! We are now looking elswhere for a better quality bicycle and will be returing this piece of junk!

Sturdy bike, low clearance between pedals is VERY helpful when lifting foot from one side to another. Handles are in a good position so your wrists are not turned outward as on some cruisers. Fenders could be more stable as they appear to be attached at only one point making then prone to pivot. Chain does sometimes rub against guard, but I can probably adjust that. Very lightweight, and just fun to ride. It really does make you feel like a kid again! I've used it for errands, going to church, visiting nearby family and I look forward to times that I can use it. Put a basket on the front and intend to do grocery and library runs now! Excellent value, too!

Nice bike, easy to adjust, comfortable, practical, the price is great for what you get. The first day I got it me and my family went on a 3 mile ride and I was not even sore, with my old bike my bottom hurt and was sore after only a mile ride. You sit up on this bike and don't lean over, I have a bad back and it mad the ride comfortable. The only thing is that the brakes could stop a little faster, I think we just might need to tighten them up, I just start stoping a little sooner than I am used to and it is fine. I am not racing on this bike so everything has worked great for me.

I read all the reviews before purchasing this bicycle. When I bought it initially, it wasn't intended for my use. However, it ended up in my garage with a flat tire. After fixing the tire, I rode it around and noticed some noises. One was coming from the back fender scraping against the tire. The other was from the chain guard hitting against the chain. I fixed the problem with the fender by readjusting it a few times. The problem with the chain guard however did not go away. I took the chain guard off to take a look at the problem and noticed that the chain had indeed been scraping up against the chain guard. After readjusting it several times, the problem could not be fixed. I'm thinking of purchasing a new chain guard for the bicycle, and I honestly feel like this bicycle is costing me more money than if I had just purchased a more expensive cruiser.

Noisy, scraping and continuous draging since recieving and operating the bicycle. The bike was assembled at the store and has had multiple adjustments made to it to eliminate the chain scraping against the chain guard, the fender rubbing against the tire. The rear wheel does not spin freely; it seems to have something in the the rear axle restricting movement. It's like riding the bike with the brake applied. Not what was envisioned when the bike was purchased.

I bought this bike for the purpose of riding to and from campus, with the hopes of dropping a few pounds. Upon taking it home and riding it for the first time, I noticed a very loud clicking sound. My fiancee inspected it and found that the back fender was rubbing against the tire. He tried tightening it, but it didn't really help and had to be removed. Even then, I was still hopeful. I've had it for a few days and have had to inflate the tires each day I've ridden it, due to the poor quality of the inflatable tubes inside the tires. HOWEVER. It serves its purpose, and I will lose weight on this thing, since it can be a little hard to peddle after a while. It is also very lightweight, which I like. One more thing, I wouldn't recommend riding this bike on the street. It might seem like an obvious thing to say, but it doesn't go very fast and has cruiser brakes. Look out.
