I have returned the first one I got because the timer and clock didn't work and now am on the second one and am still having the same problem..I am going to take it back and get a different name product

This coffee maker made coffee well, but after 1 day of use the clock went crazy and was saying it was 18 o'clock. Glad I had the box took it back and got another brand.

An excellent product if you don't mind:
1. When you lift the lid (which covers the water reservoir and coffee basket), condensation from the previous pot of coffee dumps on to the counter, behind the appliance. About tablespoonful.
2. To get the pot out of the thing, you must lift straight up, then withdraw perfectly. Don't try to lift and withdraw in one simple 45-degree movement -- the whole thing will come with you and, if you aren't careful, wind up on the floor. Oh, well, not all of it will -- the hot coffee will be on your leg, or your whatever.
The good news is, the clock on mine works great. Of course, I already had a clock.

I thought it would be great to have coffee ready at a programmed time. Well the clock and auto-set don't keep the correct time. I thought someone else in the house had been messing with it. It would lose the set time sporadically. I returned it and got another one (because it was a gift). Same exact problem! Now I have to return a second one. My advise is do not buy this one.

After receiving this product as a Christmas gift, I was excited at the appearance of this product. After using it for several days, the clock began to lose time and then into military time. So I returned it and replaced it because I really wanted this item. Now after 2 days, the second one is doing the same thing. I DO NOT suggest buying this product for this simple reason.

I had gotten one of these coffee makers once and had the same problems with the clock not working for long. I found out that if it ever gets any water or coffee spilled on the clock it will stop working.
My advise is get a coffee maker with the clock above the crafe.

I got this at the after Thanksgiving Day sale and thought it was the perfect pot for me because it brews perfectly, plus I like the permanent gold filter. Well after waking up more than enough mornings to find that programed time readjusted itself, I decided to re-read the instructions to make sure I was setting this right, afterall with most things digital now, how hard can it be to set a clock? Well after researching this product online, I now see it's not me, as others are experiencing the same problem...Thank goodness I kept the receipt and box because, back to the store it goes today!

I purchased this coffeemaker to replace my old one. First, when I picked up the box I was not even sure if it was there -- the box was awfully light. Had problems with the clock, so I couldn't program coffee brew. The overall quality is low. I'm taking it back and going to look into buying another brand

I purchased this item about one month or so ago. I liked it at first. Then it was hard to see how high the water level was. I had to turn it sideways to see it. Four days ago it just quit working. Stopped!!!!! It won't heat or make coffee. Lights come on and clock works but, I need coffee at 4'oclock in the morning. I won't purchase another one. It's been to much trouble.
