We have had this coffeemaker ever since it first came out - in fact - we have had 2 of them - it is the best one on the market - the only drawback is that it has the auto shut off - my husband works at home - and he complains that he shuts off all the time!!!

Had the first Brew Station for years...this is improved in many areas. Love that it has auto shut-off after 2 hours and has no carafe. Just put your cup under and push to dispense. No mess! LLove it! Glad they still make the Brew Station series.

I work in Iraq it is alomost impossible for me to go to a post office. So when my order came and was dead on arrival. NEVER WORKED. I just gutted it up and ate the product price and the shipping. No way for me to return the product so I have a plastic dust collector. Bob

A friend had this product and on my way home I stopped at WalMart & bought it. I had a problem with it within months & the company sent a new one. That one finally went out & I was able to get another on line. It is the best coffee maker I've ever owned. Hamilton Beach & the WalMart associates have been great!

After years of my husband spilling his coffee everytime he filled his cup, we found this system. Once he decided he would give it a try and he decided his coffee mug fit in it. We ordered and I love the ease of it. While it has to sit out from under our cabinets to let you fill it up that is the only complaint I have heard from him. It makes and keeps his coffee perfect. Fills his mug (and its large) fast and with NO Mess! I do wish we had found it with the clock in it though since the old one was my kitchen clock. :) Even with out one it is a great coffee maker.

This product has been redesigned. Compartment that holds the water is to narrow. When pouring water into compartment, opening is to small and hard to see. Cannot see water line on cup gauge on the front. Brews coffee very fast and is very quiet.

This was a replacement for the older model Brewstation that we had for a couple years. I do believe that we should have gotten a longer life expectancy from the older model, but my husband loves the "no carafe" feature, so I purchased this new model. It's a little taller than the old one and so we had a problem with it fitting under the cabinets, so I am unable to leave it sitting on the counter. I just get it out in the morning and then put it away in a cabinet when we've finished with it.
