My 2 year old twins LOVE this sandbox. It is on the small side (only holds 1 50-lb. bag of sand), but is perfect for play. We just went through Hurricanes Gustav and Ike and although we're several hours inland we encountered some strong winds and very heavy rain. The lid stayed on perfectly and seemed to hold the sand in.

We purchased this sand table for our four year old and she loves it. It works great on a patio and is perfect because it doesn't take up a lot of space and doesn't hurt the grass. The cover on it is very durable and protects it from the elements or unwanted "guests." The quality is great. It is not as deep as we thought it would be, but holds plenty of sand. Overall a great product.

Got it because the winter is knocking on the door and my boy can't stand staying home, and he's only 18 months. He loves being outside, so we got him this box mainly for winter time. We're planning on placing it in our garage. We had it out already on our patio, and yes there is a problem with lid. It doesn't do very good job keeping moisture out. We had a small rain the other day and sandbox was completely filled with water. It took several days for sand to dry. It's not good. Now we just place a plastic sheet over it, but it defeats the purpose. I still recommend it as a product in general. My son loves it. But learn from my mistakes and cover it prior to any rain or keep it in a dry place at all times. Good luck.

We ordered this sand table for my 3 yr. old's birthday. It met all our expectations and was a big hit with her friends. She will spend at least an hour playing in it. It is really a value.

We got this sandbox for a grandson that has moved in with us. Our space is limited and we wanted something a 2 year old could use for several years. His 6 year old brother is planning on playing with him there. They can plan with their toys and not have a lot of sand to track into the house.

I left it out in a hevy rain storm and it didn't leak a drop (it was empty so I would have been able to see if any water had leaked inside). It is the perfect hight for my 2 yr old daughter. She loves it!

My daughter absolutely loves this table. It is sturdy and you don't need any tools to put the legs on. It is big enough for her and the cover is easy off and on. We have not used the car track on the cover, but it looks fun. I can't imagine paying over $100 for one of these tables! PS. We do have this in the shade, so the umbrella feature was not important for us.

My 2 and 5 year olds love this sand table. I like the table versus the turtle sandbox or other comparable sand box because they don't have to get in. They both either stand or sit on little kid chairs and play. I wish it was a little deeper to fit more sand, but the girls think it is just fine.

My two children, ages 2 1/2 & 5 play with this almost everyday. We put little chairs beside it for easier reach, and we like that it's a table rather than a box that they sit inside. It's much cleaner & easier to manage. I love that it has a lid to keep out unwanted animals or bugs. It's a great product!

The size of this sand table is great. Four kids can easily fit around it and have lots of room to play. The lid with the tie downs is great, too, because it has a "track" design built into it that can be used to play with cars when the sandbox is not being used. We bought this for our 2 year old's birthday and he loves it! My thought when buying this table versus a traditional sandbox was that he would not get as dirty as sitting in a box. However, what I discovered is that the front of his shirt gets dirty from leaning over the table. That really doesn't have anything to do with the product itself, just comes with the territory of playing with sand, I guess.

This product so far has lived up to my expectations. It was easy to assemle, no tools, just pop the legs in! My daughter is only 14.5 mos. so I can see her growing with this sand table. The little shovels and bucket are just her size! I put it on my patio so we can sweep up the sand she throws out!! It also keeps them a little cleaner, since they're not sitting in sand. One gripe is the top holds water when it rains. They should consider making it more of a domed cover next time. But otherwise great! Its sturdy and I think anyone who doesn't want the mess of the new water/sand tables should consider this one.

This sand table is not particularly big, but it keeps my 2 year-old son happily occupied and out of the neighbors' yards. The height of it keeps cats from wandering in to use it as their personal litter box, and the cover does a pretty good job of keeping rain out during the stormier days of summer.

We bought this for our daughters 1 year old birthday. I know it is for 2 years and up but she loves playing with the sand at the beach and we cant always go. It really is recommended for older kids bc she just throws the sand out. She really does have the best time with it! She loves it and im sure it will be a toy we keep for a long time. You have to be careful though and get the lid on right or water will get in. Also the little black things underneath to hold the holes closed dont really work. But overall we all love playing with this table!
