Butterscotch Pony is a dream come true for little girls. Hasbro designed the FurReal Friends Butterscotch Pony to look like a remarkably life-like pony. Butterscotch responds to your little girl's voice. The pony also moves her head and ears, and blinks her eyes. Butterscotch even whinnies and neighs like a real pony. Girls can sit on Butterscotch and pretend to go for a ride. Butterscotch will make clomping sounds with her hooves.

I purchased this Item second hand and I new right away my 2 1/2 year old daughter would love it. She brushes her hair and feeds her the carrot all day long and asks me to help her up so she can sit on her. For the price I paid for it (under 100$) I am quite happy with the pony, I would never of paid full price. To much to fork out for a small child, I know the 250$ would go better into her savings account towards something more practical.
The horse itself moves and sounds like the first day it was purchased after a few years of wear and tear, no problems with changing the batteries, or any mechanical failure. Since my daughter is only 35lbs she has a long way to go before she outgrows this little beauty.

This was a great purchase. Looks very real and my daughter loves it. She named it Gloria and plays with it everyday, sometimes even with it turned off.

I purchased this for my 2.5 year old daughter who wants her own pony for Christmas because her big sister got a real pony in August. Obviously, she is not getting a REAL pony, but this FURREAL pony is definately going to fill her needs! It is super cute and has some very interactive moves. It is extemely sturdy and much larger than I expected. I purchased some "tack" from e-bay (saddle, halter, reins) that I personnalized with the name she wanted to give her pony. I cannot wait for her to see what SANTA brought and I doubt any other gifts will be of interest to her!! P.S. be certain to open box and put it together before presenting it to your child as the head is NOT attached. The body is fully together with the head on top of the back when you open the box. Could be a little scary and would definately take away from the magic if your child watches you ZIP the head on.

This is the biggest waste of money around. I bought Butterscotch for my daughter for Christmas and before New Years the tail and ear fell off. The head stopped working and needless to say the only thing that it does now is make noises. My daughters so attached to it that I can't even throw it away. Now I have a huge broken horse in the living room. Thanks FurReal Friends your the greatest!

We got Butterscotch for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter for Christmas and she loves it. She was a little scared of him at first but now she talks to him like they are old friends. She is not big enough to get on and off of him by herself but she has lots of fun feeding him and brushing him. He is lots of fun, he kept everyone entertained on Christmas Eve.

This Pony was a great gift it's fun to play with weather your high in the saddle or feeding Butterscotch her carrot it was easy for me to put together and deliver, and my friends at Wal-Mart were easy to deal with! it made a little girl very happy.

My daughter fell in love with Butterscotch whenever she saw her on Christmas morning. The next day the zipper around the Butterscotch's neck came apart and now we can't get the zipper fixed. So Butterscotch now sits in the corner being ignored. The product cost too much money for the zipper to be defective. I am in the process of returning it. What a disappointment for my daughter and for me.

This was just what my little girl asked for. She plays with it every day. I even catch myself talking to it when I walk into her room. It is very pretty, and so sturdy. It is in constant responce to movements and sounds. It is a fun toy for my child. If I would have waited just a little longer to buy it, I would have saved some money, but I didn't think it would be in in time for Christmas. She was so excited when she came down the stairs. We even purchased the outfit to go along with it. Walmart is the cheapest place to buy both of them. My husband had a little trouble putting together the head, but he has trouble putting together most things. lol We really enjoy this horse.

recieved horse zipper on head is very cheap it broke when we zipped it up. Got on line to make sure we had put it on right there dirrections was not even like the butter scotch pony we have. I am going to retun it.

We gave this pony to our granddaughter for her 3rd birthday last week and she LOVES it. Her brother is 6 and he was fascinated as well. The 3 year old immediately started chattering away, talking to Butterscotch, feeding it the carrot and petting and grooming the pony. She plays with the pony every day and introduces all her friends and other toys to the pony. She thinks it's real. We get the Best Grandparents of the Year Award for this gift!

My daughter got this for Christmas last year and played with it for about 5 minutes and got very bored with this product. It is cute, but too expensive for a product that neighs and chomps on a carrot and does nothing else. She hasn't played with this product since. I do not recommend you waste your money on this product.

I just purchased "Butterscotch", for my 3 year old daughter. She told me she wanted a pony for christmas so this is as close to a real one as we could find. It is wonderful. We love how Butterscotch responds to your voice. When you ride Butterscotch she makes galloping sounds and her head bobs up and down! This is how real Butterscotch really is: if you try to feed her the carrot more than 6 times in a row she shakes her head back and forth to say she doesn't want anymore!!! I can't wait to see my daughters face xmas morning!!!

My 14 month old daughter adores it. She is too young to sit on it but she enjoys it just the same. It is so realistic to her that she can't help but pet it and hug it. She really enjoys feeding the horse because it makes such realistic sounds. The motor is very loud when moving but, it's cuteness wins you over quickly. The price is a bit steep for something that doesn't "walk." All in all it was a fun buy.
