Best Changing Pad and Great Value!!!,

When selecting a changing pad, I really only had 2 basic needs. Not only did this pad meet those needs, but it also met needs I didn't even realize I had! #1. I purchased a crib bedding set which came with a matching changing pad cover...so naturally I waned to get a changing pad that would work with my cover. The 1st changing pad I purchased from T**g*t was a complete JOKE! It was SO thin and flimsy that it bent/curled when I put the cover on!!! (Imagine if when making your bed, you put the fitted sheet onto your mattress to find the entire mattress bending in half under the slight snuggness of the elastic on your sheet!) I returned that 1st pad, and ordered this Basic Comfort 4 sided pad...it EXCEEDED my expectations! My cover fits perfectly! (I should state that both pads are the SAME size...but because this pad is more substantial it does NOT curl-up when the cover is put on.) #2. My other requirement for a changing pad was for it to fit the size of my changing table (it must fit inside the "gaurd rails" around the top of my changing table). The 1st pad I purchased DID fit my table (it was the same size as this pad), however, it was SO thin it looked ridiculous on top of my changing table! A pad that thin could not possibly be comfortable for baby...so I returned it, and bought this Basic Comfort 4 sided pad, which is MUCH better. It fits my changing table and looks good. (Note: if you are using a regular dresser top for your changing table--this pad would be PERFECT! It is a substantial enough pad that you really don't even need the "gaurd rails" that a changing table provides.) I like this pad because it is nice and thick, durable, well constructed, and easy to clean. I was pleasantly suprised to see the safety straps this pad has. Not only does it have the belt to hold baby; but it also comes with a nifty safety strap to connect the pad to the furniture. (A discrete strap extends from the underside of the rear of the pad--this strap is screwed to the back of the table...which is then connected to the pad with a "clip". You can easily disconnect the pad from the clip when needed.) Very smart design I must say. The safety straps are designed in a manner that they are easy to use, but also easy to hide if you choose not to use them. I'm quite impressed with this product!!! I highly recommend it. I should add... I am the queen of finding good deals...I searched and searched trying to find a better (or equal) product for less...save yourselves the time and trust me, this is the best changing pad around, and it costs LESS than other pads of lower quality.

What can be said? It's a changing pad. Nothing more, nothing less. Strap is secure and can hold the baby in place. Sides are high enough to prevent the baby from floundering out.

We compared a lot of these products at Babies 'r Us and other stores. I really didn't think we needed to buy the Serta brand changing pad (my own mattress isn't even a Serta!). I really like the four sides and the pad is pretty thick. I think it will clean well after any accidents and for $22 it can't be beat!

I love this Changing Pad! All four sides are high and the middle goes down so the baby is centered inside it. The straps are a great addition and are important for the safety of the baby. Be sure to buy the changing pad covers that fit this changing pad and they have slits for the straps to go through. Also, It fits perfectly in the Child of Mine by Carters Changing Table that we bought! Definitely recommend this product to anyone!

I haven't actually used it yet (I'm 34 weeks pregnant) but it looks great in the nursery. It was a little larger than I imagined but fits perfectly on the dresser/changing table. It has a little puff to it bc air stays in it but nothing you notice esp with a cute changing pad cover.

This changing pad is great! I did not purchase a changing table, but instead, installed this pad to the top of the baby's dresser. (It came with the hardware to do so!) It worked out great!

I reviewed it before i bouht it and have no regrets. Sides from using as changing pad, it can be use as a sleep positioner or newborn napper. I put it anywhere inside the house and place my baby on it to sleep - on the sofa, on the bed, in the crib, bassinet etc. Great buy!

I'm still pregnant, so we haven't used this with the baby yet, but it seems like a very good product. It is a thick pad, and it seems like it will be very comfortable for our new son. Mainly I liked that it has 4-walls, I think this will be safer for our baby.

I ordered this from walmart.com and it came very fast and the shipping was very cheap. I am very happy that I chose this changing pad. It fit my cover perfect! I haven't got to try it out yet because my daughter isn't due for a few more weeks but I feel that I made the right purchase with this one and can't wait to use it! I bought a 3-drawer dresser from Ikea and placed the changing pad on top and it looks great and still have room to put a basket with the necessary diaper supplies.

I bought the crib, changer, and dresser combo from wal mart as well. so i bought this pad for the changer. it fits perfect. there is even a little room left at the bottom if i want to put some diaper ointment there. i haven't used it yet bc i am not due for a month. but it seems to be great :)

This is a very nice pad, our newborn son fits on it nicely and we feel safe with him on it. The quality for the price is great especially compared to other brand names for a lot more that don't seem to be made as well and $0.97 to have it shipped to the house was totally perfect avoiding crowded parking lots and stores.

I like this changing pad. It met my expectations. I didn't think it would be as large as it is, but since my little one is long, it worked out okay. I'm not easily impressed when I order online (guess that's because things are never as they seem), so I was quite happy with my purchase. I would recommend this to others.
