I bought my son (who is just under 2) this product after his grandfather had purchased another and my son fell in love with it. Has provided so many hours of entertainment. Very sturdy and has two different surfaces for even more types of play. So if you don't want to just play cars, you can add the flat surface for coloring, writing, etc. It's an amazing toy that I would recommend to anyone whose child loves to play with cars. You won't be sorry! I guarantee it.

My 12 month old loves this table. While ihe s not yet able to really play with it properly- he loves to hold on to it and walk around holding the edges and throwing his toys onto it. We like that it's plastic so his biting it causes no damage. :) The only downside so far is that I needed a drill to put it together. For some strange reason there were no holes to put the screws in for the legs. But once I drilled holes it was easy to assemble.

Our now 2 year old got this for Christmas. He has played with it everyday since. He is a big kid and this table has held up through a lot! He has gotten in it and on it. He LOVES it. He can only say a handful of words but the minute anyone comes over he brings them right to his room to show it off. We took others' advice and glued the screws in right away and have had no problem! I love not having to put tracks together. Best toy Santa ever brought to our house!

This is a great table. The track is molded into the unit and the bridges are tacked down, too. Great for the little ones that can't put bridges back together yet :) The table is VERY sturdy and the flat top is great for playing with other toys that you need a flat surface for. It is also light enough to move from room to room and you can hide all the extra trains and cars under the lid. Great item for the price.

I got this table when it was time to convert my 3 year old son's room from infant room to big boy room. With the gate up and this table in his room he is totally satisfied to play when he wakes up. So far it is holding up great and giving him hours of fun.

This ia a great product for 18 months and up. My child still is enjoying it. Very ruggard. Simple not to many tracks. Most difficult part was placing the labels on the tracks.

From the start this was a dream toy! Great price, FREE SHIPPING (with site to store option) and quick and easy pick-up. Assembly was simple except for one bridge that needed some filing to fit perfectly. The decals should be applied before the bridges are put in place to line everything up nicely. The decals are easy to work with and can be repositioned if need be, just don't press them down hard until you are sure where you want them. Now for the really fun stuff! Everybody loves playing with this train table, from 67 year old granddad, to mom & dad ,to aunties and uncles, to the 21 month old granddaughter I originally purchased this for. We use the cars that came with the table, Thomas Take Along trains, and small balls for hours of creative play. We put the cover on the table for a whole new level of fun with crafts and games. This train table is the perfect height for little ones under the age of six. I'm sure my infant grandson will pull himself up and learn to walk by creeping around this table. It is a very sturdy and well made product just like all the Step 2 products I've ever owned. The colors are nuetral and eye pleasing. I highly recommend this product and give it 5++ stars!

i purchased this for my son's 4th birthday and he was so excited. my 18 month old daughter jumps right in pushing her cars and using her imagination as well! it says for 3 and up, but as i just mentioned, my little girl loves it, too. it was super easy to put together and appears to be very durable. all in all, it took me about 30 minutes to assemble (mainly due to the stickers/decals). i'm glad i purchased it.

My son got this from his grandparents for his 1st birthday. Both he and my 4 year old daughter love playing with it. Not only do they love pushing the cars and train around, but they have a "ball" rolling little balls around the tracks.

I went home and bought this after my son played with it for hours while at a friend's house. He is 19 mos old and absolutely LOVES it. I love it b/c the pieces are all stationary and I don't have to worry about anything coming apart. This track makes it fun to play WITH our son. Would recommend it to anyone...boy or girl...the cover is a wonderful addition making it useful as a table. Well worth the money...and free shipping w/WalMart's site to store...for years of fun for your little one!

We bought this as a reward for our son for potty training. He was so excited about it he was mostly trained in less then 2 weeks. Once the product arrived we were all very happy with it. There are no premade holes for the screws but it wasnt hard to put together anyway. The stickers were a little tricky to get on but it was all together in less then 15 min. My son has been playing hard with it for a couple weeks now and it is very durable. The top for the table is also great for him to color on. I love this product and am very glad I bought it. The only thing I wish was that it was slightly taller so a child chair could sit at it when he colors, but otherwise its perfect!

The box says power drill reccommended, but I had no difficulty putting this table together with a good old fashioned screwdriver. Didn't take very long either. Glad I had read the reviews first. It is really soooo much easier to apply the stickers BEFORE putting the bridges on. Kiddo LOVES IT! -3yrs old. Another great product from Step2

My 2 year old LOVES trains, so I finally broke down and bought him a table. This is definitely worth the money, all the kids who come to our house love to play with it. The major bonuses are: no tracks to build and rebuild all day, you can throw all the trains in and put the cover on to "clean up" after bedtime or when people come over, my older daughter can use the table for crafts with the cover on.

My son got this for Christmas, at the time he was 2 and a half. He loves cars and trains so I thought this would be perfect for him. I have not been disappointed. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy. He plays with it every day. It comes with 3 cars and 3 train cars, which are kind of unnecessary, my son just uses all his "hot wheels" cars or "Thomas" trains. My favorite part is that the tracks are stationary. He can't pull the tracks apart and spread the pieces everywhere. Also nice is that when he done playing for the day, we can store the cars in the table and put the top on, very nice and neat.

I bought this table for my 4 year old son, and he absolutely loves it!!!!!!!!!! It was hard to put the legs on because it didn't come with the holes already drilled in..but other then that, it is sturdy enough for him to sit on top and he can keep all of his toys inside of it!!! The lid is a tad bit heavy, but is also sturdy enough to put things on top of it!!! I would recommend this to all parents that have children whom love to play with cars/trucks/trains!!!
