George Foreman's G5 Grill with 5 Interchangeable Plates

I love the grill. So many wonderful features - the best one being you can remove the plates to clean. I had one of the older models and there is no comparison. This one if great. It would be nice to have had a brochure explaining in greater detail about cooking certain foods, time, etc. Love it!

Excellent combination of useful size, easy cleaning, and variety of functions. Less wasted counterspace.

I love this grill! It is so easy to use and so easy to clean! I would recommend to everyone! I love the interchangeable plates! This is a Great product!

Overall this is a great product. I love the multiple plates, that you can remove them and put them in the dishwasher and that it is so flexible. Not so crazy about the bright red since it doesn't match anything.
My only complaint about my order was the fact that it took Walmart SO long to get it to the store. That's the last time I use Site To Store.

This is my 1st George Foreman grill, I heard alot about them and bought this one. I can cook 4 full size chicken breasts on this with no problem. I have also cooked bacon which came out great. It cooks steaks very well. I can cook chicken breasts with this in about 15 to 20 minutes where in the oven it would be 45 minutes, definately a time reducer in cooking, it gets used every weekend. The plates can be removed for easier cleaning.

The downfalls are even though it is coated and you presoak it, it is still hard to clean the plates. I found using a special soft scrub brush made for coated pots and pans to be useful cleaning this up. This also uses alot of amps for electric so you can't use a mixer for instance on the same outlet while the grill is on. It did not cook hamburgers all that great, they tasted funny like you fried them in oil. I would not recomend this for cooking hamburgers, use a real bbq grill instead.

All in all I would buy another one, it is great for poultry and steaks that cooks in half the time as using conventional methods.

I bought this model because it has almost double the surface area of our previous GF grill. But the addition of the variable heat controls, the tilt control, and the removable plates for easier cleaning are WONDERFUL!!!!! Steaks are even easier to cook than before, and our Sunday breakfast of fresh waffles was a REAL treat! I wouldn't be without it!

I own the littlest George Foreman grill and love it. I decided to try this one and I absolutely love it also. I grilled chicken breasts and they were delicious. I did. however, spray the plates with olive oil spray before I cooked on them. I highly recommend this grill, and am anxious to try the waffle plate.

I went into the store to get mine. A rare gift I got myself - I had the small mini one to see how I liked it before hand. I used the mini one for over a year but it was hard to clean and to small.

I got this one home and completely fell in love. The booklet does not say how to make mini pizzas like I had hoped but it says it can be done. I will figure it out. The temp controls and removeable plates makes it more then worth while.

Just so everyone knows there it a flip type button that is not marked in the booklet near the back (black) that tilts it, and the booklet says there is a locking button to lock the plates in but there isn't. Other then that - totally cool.

I like quick things, that is all my daughter will eat, but she gained weight from the instant store brands. I wanted home cooked quicky things, and this is perfect for that.

I have owned several George Foreman grills, but this one is the best so far. The removable plates are great for quick cleanup and provide for a variety of food preparations from grilling meats, cooking waffles, biscuits, bacon and eggs, pizza, etc. I primarily use mine for grilling meats and vegetables which cook up moist, juicy and delicious (with no grease) every time. Temperature control is easy to adjust. The only minor complaint I have is the electrical cord is a little too short for easy access to the outlets in my kitchen, but I can live with that. This is my favorite Foreman grill to date, and I highly recommend it.
