Coleman Coleman Zephyr LED Tent Light and Fan
Stay cool even when you camp out on hot summer nights with the Coleman Zephyr LED Tent Light and Fan. Specially designed for use in tents, this camping tent fan provides excellent air circulation throughout the tent. You can attach it to any tent ceiling using either the magnetic plate or the inbuilt carabiner hook. Apart from keeping you cool, this fan also incorporates four white LED lights and an amber LED night light that will keep your tent illuminated. This Coleman tent fan with light features soft-to-touch foam blades that work super quiet. The adjustable two-speed airflow control comes in handy. It runs on 4 "D" batteries and has an approximate average run time of 36 hours. Furthermore, this hanging tent light has independent and easy-to-use controls that add to its efficiency.

I thought this would be the perfect fan/ light combo for camping. When it arrived it arrived in pieces. The fan blade part was completely seperated from the unit and would have to be soldered back on. A complete waste of time and money and needless to say I am sending it back.

When received from shipping its was broken. Fan and motor was laying in the bottom of the box. Returned to a local walmart for refund. Didn't buy another. Very cheaply made.

I bought this combo for several reason's! I have hung it over my recliner and used it for a reading light and the fan work's great on low,and is very quiet,almost like having a cool breeze. The fact that I can use it camping is iceing on the cake!

I was very disappointed with this fan. Especially because it is a coleman product! We tried to hang it from the center of our dome tent and turned it on high and didn't even catch a breath of air from it. The only way you will feel the air from this fan is if you can have it hang about 4-6 inches from your face...... Returned it for another battery powered fan that works much better and cost half the price.

As usual, anything I purchase with the Coleman name on it, i'm happy with. We let the nite lite run all nite during our last camping trip. Used the fan as a bellows to get our campfire going. Hung our light over the campstove to prepare meals too. It's awesome and still has plenty of battery power for the next trip

I used this tent for a camping trip this weekend. It's a bit heavy, but did not bring down our tent. It takes 4 D batteries and has an incredibly strong magnet that can be used to fasten the fan to the tent. If you are worried about weight from the light/fan, then you can just use the hook, shedding the magnet and clip.
I had the fan on for almost the entire weekend, and it was still going strong when we decided to pack up, Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.

The fan itself isn't very powerful but it does circulate the air. It probably wouldn't help much on extremely hot days. The light feature is excellent and it hooks onto a Coleman tent perfectly.

Worked pretty good in a small tent with a low ceiling. With me on a cot so I was only a couple feet from the fan. During a muggy rainy night with the tent zipped up tight I was fairly comfortable. Much more so If I hadn’t of had it. Although it wouldn’t have moved enough air if I had been in a much bigger tent. The lights were very nice to use.

Kept our tent very cool which was perfect but when it is on high it is very loud. we left the fan on all day to keep the tent cool so when we went to sleep it was perfect temperature.

The fan gives a decent breeze for the size of the tiny blades, and it's not very loud.
Battery life is about what it's rated at.
The magnetic hook idea is great because you can position the fan directly over your sleeping area.
I was very disappointed with the light though, because they should have used much brighter LEDs.

The reason I got the fans is because I live in a small town that seems to have a power outage every time a cloud comes up.Well it happened and I got out the fan.I was so glad I had them.I really like the fact the night light works separately from the fan.Blows anough air to sleep by.I don't know how long the batteries last because the power came back on in two hours.Either way the fan is well worth the price.

I purchased this fan to take along on one of our Boy Scout camping trips in middle June. Temps were in the high 90s during the daytime, high 60s at night (which was pleasant and unexpected). I really didn't use the fan that much during the day, because we were not at campsite much. To get any real benefit from it during the day time, I would have to hang it directly above my head, about 6 inches away from my face. (Keep in mind that we were in 2 man canvas Army tents) I was a little concerned at first that the magnet wouldn't hold good and it would fall on my head, but the magnet is great. At night, because the temp dropped so much, I would have to turn the fan off before morning. The light works great also. The 4 batteries lasted 5 1/2 days and nights. Will probably purchase another for a second tent.
