My son, age 7, had a blast on this scooter. The speed is not too fast, so it's good for a younger child. However, after only a month, the scooter quit. It is garage kept/climate controlled, so the weather should not be a factor in the breakdown. I assume the battery is bad. It has no power whatsoever. My review is that the product is good, but be prepared to go out pretty quickly to get a new battery.

We got this for our 8 yr old daughter. She zooms up and down the sidewalk and loves it. battery doesn't last long, maybe an hour at continuous riding but it is fun.

Holds up well and me and my siblings (ages 9,7,7,6) love it! it is worth every penny, i highly recommend this project because it is a pretty good price and we have had ours for almost 4 years and it still works like new. charging takes a while so its good to charge it overnight if its running low on battery. All kids love this its a huge hit when friends come over. great product and keeps you having fun and getting exercise! but fon't forget the helmet;) God bless-Livie

We bought this for our 9 year old son. We've only had it for a week, but it's been used every day and so far it's been great. We get longer than the 30 minutes estimated on a charge and it seems to charge pretty quick too.

My son just turned 10 and we got the scooter for his birthday. We are very pleased and would recommend this product to all of our family and friends. Very easy to put together and stays charged for over 40 minutes. Be careful on sharp turns or the bottom may skid a little and make sure they wear a helmet!

I purchased this item for my son's ninth birthday. He rides this scooter every day.We have had no problems with the scooter. It is well-made;not flimsy at all. It does need to be charged for 12-18 hours before initial use.and it is worth the wait.I would highly recommend this scooter for an active child 8-11.Helmet a must.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago for a seven (almost 8 year old). She LOVES it! Well worth the money for the fun that she is having with it. The charge lasts longer than they say it does -which is a nice surprise. Just don't forget that before the first use you have to charge it for at least 8 hours.

I bought this for my 9 year old son's birthday and he absolutely loved it. It lasts much longer then the description stated of 45 minuntes of consecutive riding. At first we were confused on how to work it but you have to push off first then you can accelerate. It goes pretty fast too. Tons of fun for kids and small adults. You won't regret the purchase.

I bought this on a whim for my 9 year old son. (He didn't ask for it) I just surprised him and he loved it. I have to say, as a single mom it was totally easy to set up and use. I used it first to demonstrate it to my son, and boy is it fun! It feels great on a hot day, because you can feel the breeze. It is the big hit in the neighborhood. My son has been really great at sharing it with all the other kids. But now all the kids want their parents to get them one. I would definetly recommend this model at the $99 price. (I called Razor and the E-100, 150 and E175 are all the same units that go up to 10 mph.) you don't step up to the next level until you get the e200 which goes up to 12 mph.

I purchased this razor for my 7 year old. it was one of his christmas presents. This was a great fine. it is fast enough and it is made very well. It says weight limited to 120bls but I rode it and my daughter rode it who is 16 and weights 120lbs. I weight 139lbs and I rode it as well. it has been the envy of every child in the block....great!!!

My 6 year old son absolutely loves his scooter and rides it everywhere in our neighborhood. The scooter was easy to assemble but needs 12 hrs for the initial charge and 4-10 for subsequent charges. We have not had any problems (knock on wood) since he rec'd it for Xmas. Overall I highly recommend the scooter for kids 6-11.

My 6 yr old son was given this for christmas and boy was it the best ever! We went walking christmas day for about 1 hour, it stayed strong the whole time and the rest of the day. Follow instructions and charge for 18 hrs at first and you will be very pleased.
