Failure to perform,

I thought I was getting a great product from Sennheiser. However, I was sorely disappointed. The fine tuning was lousy. I could get great reception in the left ear, but little to no reception in the right ear. If you moved your head, you would lose what reception you had and would have to readjust the fine tuning again. There are three settings on the main module, but they are of no help. I returned the item to my local Walmart and am still searching for a good headset to watch television without having to pay a rediculously high price.

did not work,

I would expect more for the price. Nothing but static even if you move the recommened distance from the unit. Returned the item.
WalMart delivery and customer service are excellent as usual. Product not same as my previous RS 110 sets.

One small possible problem,

I would think that this doesn't hold true for everyone's T.V., but it did for my Panasonic. Before I could enjoy this really good product, I had to run out to Radio Shack & buy what turned out to be basically, an extension cord for the plug to fit into the front headphone (& Video 3) jack panel. The Sennheiser Receiver's plug banana jack was too thick at the base & I couldn't get it in there. Thus the added $10. expense (that was the cheapest I could get away with. Just an FYI Love it now though.

Good headseat for anyone,

My wife, who has hearing problems, uses this a lot when we are watching TV together. She likes the fit, sound, and the fact that it automatically turns on when you put the headphones on. The only thing I don't like is the recharging base. It is difficult to position the headphones exactly on the base so they recharge.

They have to be tuned in each time you change channels, you can not have the tv sound on for others if you have headphones on, unless we get up and disconnect it.Not what I expected, I was looking for a product that I could hear loud over the headphones and others in the room could still hear the tv.
