Great concept, difficult to control, too tight,
06/29/2009
I have never owned RF headphones before and was not sure what to expect as far as how good the technology in general is.
Good points: price, can hear television moving from room to room, even through a closed door
Bad points: crushed ears painfully for > 2 wks, even at largest size (my head 22.75 in), poor instructions on troubleshooting and in segments on multiple sheets, missing whole sentences when there is any sort of pause on TV (dramas), difficult to keep transmission without adjusting headset, I believe I am picking up telephone conversations!

I am slightly hearing impaired and thought these would help. They are "OK" but not really what I was looking for. A little large and cumbersome, they are warm to use and it's winter now, I wonder what it will be like in summer heat. Still looking for a solution.

QA Issues,
05/02/2010
I should have been suspicious when every other major online store had it listed in their product list with “NO LONGER AVAILABLE” in big letters across the top.
I opened the box. Put the batteries in the headphones, switched the headphones on and plugged in the transmitter. There is no ON/OFF switch for the transmitter. The light never came on, and there was no signal being outputted. I tried everything, but there was an obvious short in the power supply. The only time I got the light to come on was after shaking, and it stayed on for less than one second.
I must say Walmart gets high marks for making the return super easy, but I am now hesitant to buy anything from Sennheiser.

Sennheiser Wireless RF Headphones RS110,
03/10/2009
This product is no good. I bought this product and noticed the reception is awful and the actual sound does not reflect good stereo sound. Worst of all, it kept cutting off sound when I'm listening to the music. Its terrible. This is not how a stereo wireless headphone should sound. Besides, it does not have battery charging capabilities.

a lot of static! couldnt get to work right returned to the store
i ended up getting an RCA wireless headphone from the store instead that worked a whole lot better. (not as good as a wired set would have but much better than the one i purchased here)

AWESOME!,
04/20/2012
HIGH quality sound even at very high volumes. Excellent range. Comfortable. Expensive except at WalMart, which offers quite a nice discount. Don't even bother trying out the other brands... believe me, these are a cut above the rest!

Good for the money - range a disappointment,
02/08/2012
More than adequate audio quality (926 Mhz system) but the range is a little disappointing. Could be because the transmitter is near our computer/television area and is picking up a lot of RF interference. I watch from bed which is only about 16' to the transmitter and there is some periodic interference. I notice it when I raise the remote to change channels. If the transmitter is behind the printer, reception is terrible from 20'. You'll need an optical to analog converter and an optical cable if you have a flat-panel television. My wife loves not having the television in the background when she needs to go to sleep 2 hours ahead of me!

A hearing aid, maybe?,
01/07/2011
I haven't had RF wireless headphones before, and maybe that's the way they are supposed to be, but: (1) The sound quality is 5 out of 10. (2) Not very comfortable to wear (3) The transmitter is too large to hide, and too ungainly to be paraded in plain view Conclusion: It would probably make an excellent hearing aid, especially for those who don't care how things look. In short, tomorrow - after about 2 minutes of trying - the Sennheiser RS110 shall be re-united with the rest of WalMart inventory.
