I really liked your product. For the money , you can not pass this up for pet hair.
The only thing i would change is the weightness of it and the hose needs to be longer. but the vacuum itself is great. You can buy 4 to 5 of these to one of the big dogs. No pun to say. ha ha

I wish I had read reviews before I randomly bought it. It took considerable time to assemble it after unloading from car, and it is quite heavy. Looked GREAT! Sounds and handles like a real machine, the way they used to. But, while I was test-driving it, the roller-brush stopped rolling. I did a complete trouble-shoot, no obstructions anywhere. So, I checked the belt (must have good eyes to find all the hidden screws, even with the manual), it wasn't broken. The motor was still fine. It seems very hi-tech, and down the road fixing it could become a problem whereas a technician may be needed, which could be very costly. I'll stick to the lower-scale models when I exchange it today.

I was very happy with my Eureka 4D until last week. I have owned mine for about two years. Last week it began making an awful sound. When I looked where the brush sits it was completely destroyed and cannot be fixed. The plastic shredded on one side both upper and lower parts. I am so disappointed.

I liked this vac for the first week, then I had to empty it and take a shower. The filter system is terrible pet hair gets all tangled up in it. We have to completely take it apart and blow out with the aircompressor to clean. yeck. The attachmentsdon't , attach that is. they fall off and the hose is always falling out, so you are just sweeping, no sucking. Piece of junk and so so dirty to use and clean.

The first day I used the vacume I had to empty the canaster three times and I have a very small ranch house. I was shocked how much dirt was in my home. I feel much better now my house is cleaner than before.
