This product was very helpful for my newborn. She has been having a hard time sleeping on a flat surface due to having some acid reflux and using this slight incline has helped so much! In the first few weeks she would hardly sleep at all in her bassinet, but now she can already sleep five hours in a row using this incline and she is only seven weeks old! I highly recommend this product if your baby has acid reflux or you just want them to be more secure during their sleep.

I'm a second time mommy and when I was looking for something to buy for baby's bed, this jumped out at me. There aren't many choices out there in this subject thankfully, so the choice was an easy one. I bought this and then when baby was here, we put him in it right away. He loved it and slept so well in it. It gave me a peace of mind as well, I didn't have to lose sleep worrying about whether he was breathing or not. Yes he did tend to slip down but you can't really prevent it as this has a downhill slant. Besides, by the time I noticed it was time to move him back up, it was time to feed him again so it didn't really matter. I also didn't have to swaddle the baby either which is great as it is really hot here. The two side supports work just as well. And just so you know, washing the cover of this was super easy and fast. I used Spray N Wash because spit up can stain and nothing stained at all. It's great! I highly, highly recommend this to any and all mothers!!

I purchased this item because my baby who recently was hospitalized because of apnea and was diagnosed with GERD. The product is wonderful with the reflux and normally when I would lay him down hw woke right up but with this he does not and he seems very confortable and sleeps better,he also has not gotten a mis shaped head. The only problem I have is him sliding down after a while,but i roll up a blanket and put at the bottom under his knees and it works, but they could put some kind of device on it to prevent sliding and the product would be 100 % perfect, it was well worth the money.

Even though this item seems pretty standard, I thought this item exceeded expectations. My newborn daughter sleeps comfortably in it and it really does contour to her body. We had a different one for my son and he would wake up at the bottom of it or his head would practically be laying off of it. This one totally far better then the one originally used 2 years ago. Definitely recommend!

This product is a great idea and probably would have worked wonderfully if my son liked it! I tried to have him sleep on it twice and he absolutely hated it! He didn't like having his arms out to the side and he also didn't like having the adjustable sides snuggled too close next to him. You have to put it pretty snug against their sides so they don't slide down. I guess he felt too confined! Poor guy! Needless to say, I returned it.
One thing that I didn't like about it was the fact that the memory foam was only an inch thick at the highest point, and the rest of the pillow was regular foam. I bought this to help prevent him from having a flat head and maybe it would have worked, (even with the memory foam only being an inch thick), had he liked it. Who knows? Another thing I didn't like about it, was the fact that it had a strong chemical smell! The two times he slept on it left him smelling like it. Yuk!
Anyways, it is a great idea!

The only thing I would change about this product is to have a stopper on the end. At one week old my baby was scooting all the way off the wedge within a few hours. He threw up one time & the wedge kept him from choking on it. I will be buying another one for the travel crib so we don't have to keep switching ours inbetween his crib & travel crib

The product is simple and basic. I like the incline, however my baby will slide down in the middle of the night. I have to pick him up and put him back where he started. This is annoying! I've started putting a pillow at his feet to keep him from sliding too far. When you remove the sides, the velcro almost puts a hole in the fabric...cheap design. Overall I like the product. My baby likes sleeping on his belly, but I'm too nervous to leave him like this, so this product allows him to sleep on his side and feel secure in the position. I'm not sure if I'd buy this again. But, for $20 it's not bad.

My baby has horrible reflux, so we purchased something similar to this product. It didn't work so I tried Walmarts one, and she fell asleep right away. we love it and it is so comfortable for her. I would recommed that every parent get this for their baby even if they dont have reflux. The price was just right.

I bought this product ho[ing that the incline would help with my girls' reflux and stuffiness, and it did not. I'm not sure if my girls are just too active or what, but they slid down and therefore woke up within an hour or so of falling alsleep. I swaddle, so this may be some of the issue, but reguardless, these are useless to us.

Very good product. I have bought similar products and this one is the best! Keeps my baby in the spot I leave her. Looks comfortable especially with the foam material. We put a cover over it just for fashion.

I used the same sleep positioner with my older son, so I knew what to expect with it this time around. While my older son was a "wiggle-worm" when he slept, once the positioner was propertly adjusted he rarely slid down. Once he was not swaddled when he was sleeping that was not a problem at all becasue his arms kept his head above the sides. My younger son has liked this sleep positioner as well and is a very still sleeper, so again, no issue. Also, I want to mention that if you have a child who has difficulty sleeping without being held/laying in a Boppy (like my younger son) this is a great product because it gives them that secure feeling, while being safe for them to sleep in. Really helps with acid reflux and spit-up as well.

Adjustable incline.
Place a different type of fabric at the feet end, so as not to allow traction for infants pushing themselves into hazardous positions.
Another piece of hook & loop and a small knob shaped cushion to the groin area, for additional support, to prevent sliding down the incline.
Additional side cushions, to create a longer barrier, to prevent infants from rolling off the side.
