I have wanted one of these for awhile but it was too expensive everywhere else. I saw it on the Walmart website for the perfect price and snatched it! It is a great tool if you are a runner, it keeps you on track while you are running. I haven't had any problems with it nor do I have any complaints about it. Very easy to use. You have to charge it once you get it and then remember to charge it about every 3 times you use. Charge is good for about 10 hrs. Haven't used all the features yet but I will.

Invaluable for runners, provides immediate information regarding your run. Can be used pretty much right out of the box, or reconfigured fairly easily with your preference of data fields. Since the introduction of the 405 (which I dont care for because of its smaller display and higher price) the price on the 205 has dropped and presents a very good value. Not incredibly durable, but at the new lower price you can't complain too much when you have to replace it.

Although this WAS a GPS Receiver, it was NOT A WRIST WATCH, even though the internet ad said it was , and even though the outside of the box it arrived in showed it to be a Wrist Watch as well as a GPS Receiver. Consequently, we returned it to Walmart for a refund. There must be a mistake with this item somewhere in your inventory. You might want to check to make sure what product is actually in these boxes. We're still looking for the item as advertised.

The Garmin Forerunner 205 works excellent for my running workouts. I am training for a marathon and this stores all my running info on the watch or on the computer. I use the interval training with alerts and am very pleased with this product! It has alot of great features and is easy to use. I found that walmart.com had the best price and shipping and actually received my package a week earlier than I had expected. thanks

Great GPS. Though made for runners, it works great for my bikes. I've used it for about a month and have been able to track and log tons of cycling data. The Garmin website is great for keeping track of my rides and the Forerunner works great with MapMyRide. And I got it for about 50 bucks cheaper through Wal-Mart than some other places I checked.

I am very pleased with this product. It does exactly what I expected, easy to use/set up, never lost a signal yet. Light weight and would recommend to anyone. I used the product reviews to make a decision and I was worried b/c I am a small woman with tiny wrists and I thought it would be too clunky. It isn't at all, it's light weight and I got used to the feel right away. I haven't experienced any problems or issues since my purchase 3 weeks ago, overall, very happy with it. I haven't used the software but I mainly wanted to use the pace and time and it's awesome. I hope to use more of the bells and whistles later on with my training. Thanks Garmin! I also found the lowest price at walmart.com also.

This is now an older model, but for the price it can not be beat, the newer model makes it easier to down load information to a computer, but I never use this feature. The screen is clear and easy to read and all of the functions are simple to access. I would not hesitate to recommend this to any runner.

I was very pleased when I began using the Forerunner. It seems big at first, but I have gotten used to that. The battery lasts quite a while on a single charge. It is exceptionally easy to upload the data. It can provide a lot of information or just the minimum - depending on what you want during your activity. I even discovered that I can use it for geocaching and it is surprisingly accurate. Sometimes more accurate than my Garmin eTrex. I love this product.

Received my Garmin faster than I expected. It worked right out of the box, with no problems. Charges easily. Connects to computer easily, for tracking progress. Love it! The only con: the shape and size of the Forerunner 205 is odd for my wrist size, and I feel that it is either too tight or too lose.

The Garmin GPS is excellent. Does everything it needs to do. Find out exactly what your time is as well as distance. I didn't realize the distances or times I was running before getting the garmin. So glad I got it and can't believe I went so long without it. Highly recommend for all runners. I also know several walkers who use it as well.
