I bought it because my baby has reflux and this pillow let babies to be sitted thanks to the extra fabric attached, which works as a sit. It helps me to keep my baby closer when breastfeeding. The only con is that it can't be covered, so if it gets dirty you have to wash the whole pillow or clean the dirt spot. Overall, it is a good buy.

Must have for new mom's. Super supportive for breast feeding and great to put baby to sleep or nap in. Purchased exclusively for breast feeding (was much cheaper than a Boppy pillow and came with a cute cover) and ended up using for so much more. Baby sleeps in this pillow and we use it to sit her up and interact with us also. Highly recommended.

Overall this is a good product, however for a fuller figure lady (size 17) this does not open up enough to snugly fit around waist area after having a baby recently. My baby does lay on it nicely across the donut part when up agianst me but it does not give the full support needed when nursing however the other options are nice features.

I use this nursing pillow a lot. My son isn't very old and we do prop him up on this with a lot of parental supervision of course. I think that he likes the freedom of looking at Mommy and Daddy from this "chair". I got this as a gift and was a little bummed that it wasn't the specific brand that I wanted, but I am now glad that I got this instead since my son will be able to use this for awhile after I'm done breastfeeding in a couple months.

I intend to use this pillow mostly during breast feeding, but I love that it has other uses for the baby like for tummy time and support while laying down. I also like the strap that is built in to the pillow and that it has a little pocket it can fold away into. I have not used the pillow yet since I am not due until September, but I look forward to it. It seems very soft and sturdy. I like that there are different covers available for the pillow. I plan to get a lot of use out of this product!

I love this product. I got it for my son to get his sitting up on his own. It's wonderful and my arms are so greatful. I can feed him while he is sitting in it and it's helped with teaching him to sit on his own. He also seems to sleep better in it then in his bed.

I don't know how I managed the first few weeks without this! I was using all sorts of pillows to prop up my arms and my daughter to breastfeed, and we could never get really comfortable. Using this the first time was a huge relief. It's saving my arms, neck, and back, and she is much happier as well. She also loves using it to sit up. I've had this 3 days and it has already paid for itself. If you're breastfeeding, especially exclusively like me, do yourself a favor and invest in one of these.

BY CHANCE I FOUND THIS PRODUCT, NAVIGATING ON THIS SITE AND I KNEW IT WOULD REALLY HELP, I ORDERED IT IMMEDIATELY. BY THAT TIME MY BABY WAS 4 MTHS. WE NOW USE THIS EVERYDAY. IT KEEPS HIM UP COMFORTABLY W/O SLIDING DOWN. IT IS STURDY AND THE FABRIC IS GENTLE ON THE SKIN. WE USE IT ON THE BED, CRIB, COUCH, FLOOR, EVEN ON HIS PLAY MAT. IT IS BETTER THAN A PILLOW BECAUSE BABIES CAN'T GET TRAPPED UNDER IF THEY ARE WELL STRAPPED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, ESPECIALLY FOR BABIES W GERD!
