I had ordered the same size product by a different manufacturer from Wal Mart which arrived site to store damaged. I returned it and got a store credit which I promptly used to order this unit. Site to store was great, it arrived well ahead of the earliest estimated date. This unit is slightly louder than I expected, but nothing real bad, it doesn't interfere with watching tv or anything. It cools fast, I have it in a room that is at the maximum recommended sq footage for a unit this size and it can drop the temperature by about a degree per minute. The unit I received came with a few more features than the Wal Mart website advertised, 3 speed fan control instead of 2, and in addition to cool and fan only cooling settings my unit had the energy saver and dehumidifier features also. Other than it being just a tad noisy and it having some very minor cosmetic damage to a couple of the louver fins on one side this is a great product that I would highly recommend.

We installed this unit in a small (500 sq') office about 3 weeks ago and so far, so good. It cools and dehumidifies efficiently and the noise level is acceptable for a window unit.

I have had this product for appx 6 months and at least once a week, i have to try to drain all of the water out of it. If I don't it will start spewing water all over the place. The water will not drain and evaportes very SLOWLY.... I would not recomend this product. The price was good, but know I know why.

I am never skeptical what I buy at Walmart.com. We are the low price leader. I bought this AC online and received at the site to store in 8 days; quicker than what was projected. You may need some help lifting and installing but was very easy. 10,000 BTU's of power, portable and cools really great. It uses a regular 110 wall outlet with ground. The filter comes out easy for cleaning and comes with a remote to set your settings like you want them. I look forward to the summer months for extra cold air. If you are a Walmart Associate this AC is an excellant value for the money, very reasonable. Avoid shipping cost and use site to store. go pick it up and install; that easy.

I must say that I was reluctant in buying this product since I had not heard of the brand much. I was also worried that it would make too much noise as other reviews stated. Nevertheless, I had the unit for about 3 weeks and am very happy with it. Why? Well, it cools very well and I pretty much have to have it on a low setting with power saver because it gets cold. It also fit perfect on our small window. I 've had other units with less BTU's because they were all I could fit in the window, but Heir did well in making a compact unit with more BTU's. The unit is loud; I have two other units that are bigger with a lot more BTU's and they are not as loud (but don't cool as well.) The noise is actually kind of soothing if you don' have a TV right close by. Overall, Happy and wanting to replace my other AC's with this brand.
