I am very pleased with this rocker. The only thing I would change would be that the cushions come in a darker color. I have a 3 yr old and a 10 mo old great grandson and I am afraid it is going to be soiled easily. I do love rocking in it and most days rock the 10 mo old asleep.

I really loved this at first, worked great with my youngest. But after awhile the screws started to come out and it squeaked like crazy. It is cheaply made. I bought this because all the reviews were good about it but i really wished i hadnt because i cant even use it anymore. I even had my husband put new screws in it and now a bottom piece has lost the screw and cant be fixed.

My husband and I purchased this chair for our newborns nursery and we love it. We ordered the chair on a Wednesday and it arrived by Friday (we were excited because we expected it in 7-10 business days) It is a lot nicer looking in person and it was easy to put together. The 4 star rating is because it does tend to squeak a little every now and again. Overall we are very happy with our purchase can't complain about the price.

Got this chair 10 months ago to rock our baby. It was ok for a while, then it started squeaking and cracking. The bolts are stripped and it broke. The cushions are pretty thin and kind of uncomfortable. But it's ok for short usage.

Cheap and poor customer service

This chair worked great for alomost the first year and then the base started making a clunking noise when I rocked and the arm rest snapped. I called Stork Craft and they replaced them both. Then, not even a year later they broke again and when I called Stork craft, they made me send all these pictures of the broken pieces just to tell me it was outside of the 1 yr warranty from the date of purchase and that I could buy the 2 parts for $92! The chair only costs $130!! Why would I pay $92 for 2 pieces to be replaced that have broken for the 2nd time!! The customer service at Stork Craft took forever to respond the 2nd time and the girl was rude as could be! Never again.

Ordered this for my daughter and my new granddaughter, they love it, size is normal for a chair, glides very nicely, my daughter is 5'10" and she fits in it just nicely. the pockets are a great idea, the only thing is, my daughter is not taken off the plastic cover on the Ottoman until it come off on it's own, LOL so far so good, thanks

The REAL hit, though, was the way the Nacogdoches WM people, the one who received the chair (Mary and Peggy) made sure it got to William to assemble 2 days later. THEY ALL met me at the door for me to pick up the assembled chair, William figured out how to fit it into my FOCUS (removing one of the arms, showing me how he did it and giving me the tool to reassemble when I got it home). THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Truly the Nac support personnel raised the bar on EVERYONE ELSE! The chair tips easily if you lean too far to the right or left or forward. I like that it's light, though!
