I got this to add variety to my usual run-around-the-park workout. The dvd that comes with it is simple, informative, and useful. I've also been using this as an alternative desk chair on an everyday basis. Quality is great, no problems so far. I'm glad I ordered this.

A great way to exercise that is gentle on the joints. I have back problems, and working out with this actually makes me feel better. Very easy to inflate too. Comes with a chart showing all the exercises. I found the DVD a bit advanced for a beginner though, but it's good to watch if you are not familiar with how to use the exercise ball.

I bought this product to inprove my posture and to loose a few pounds. I have a few limiting disseses including fibermilgia, so many thing, even daily tasks can be hard to do sometimes, but this not only dosen't hurt me, it makes me feel better! Combined with 20 minutes of cardio a day I have lost 15lbs in 3 weeks.Everyone should try this!

the price beat everyone else. The hand pump that comes with this ball works well. the video gave me some good ideas and how to use the ball though I primarily wanted it to do situps.

I like the price for what I got. This is also very well made. Also if you don't like doing exercise on the floor like me get it.I use my air compressor to fill it up just use the tape that came with it so you don't put more air in then needed. it has a pump that I started to use but it was taking to long.

I bought this from Wal-Mart yesterday to sit on at work. I blew it up and it has a hole in it. I know Wal-Mart has a good return policy, but I still think I'll return it and buy a different brand because I am extremely disappointed in this product.

Nice product and easy to assemble. We didn't realize 65 cm would be so big. It serves the purpose quite well, although a smaller ball could be better. If you're 6 ft r taller this is the right ball for you. If you're not try smaller ones. The ball feels durable and skin is quite smooth.
