The NEXT Chaos Freestyle Bike is a tricked out boys bike made for action. The 20-inch boys bike has an alloy rotor stem, which makes easy to perform tricks and allows you to do 360-degree rotations. It has alloy rims and dual-caliper hand brakes, reinforced high-tensile steel frame and front and rear steel pegs. With the BMX Freestyle Bicycle youll have fun learning new stunts and improving your freestyle chops. The single speed bike is designed for children from eight to 12 years of age.

We have had this bike less than a month and the chain guard already cracked in half leaving it open and unusable. The chain guard needs a metal piece, not a plastic cheap one!

I bought 2 of these bikes for my twin sons' 10th birthday. They thought they were very cool! They look great and were not hard to put together. They love the BMX style with the thick bars on the front and back wheels to stand on. The value is very good and I am very happy with my purchase.

i won this bike the summer between my 3rd and 4th grade year in a drawing. I had this bike and took care of it until the christmas of my freshman year when i got a new bike, a hyper static also available at walmart. The chaos was a little to heavy for me and the sprocket was bigger than i wanted but other than that i was satisfied with it. i am currently REALLY enjoying the Hyper Static

Not good for real BMX

The bike looks good, but that's about the only good thing about it. I was a little frantic with buying a bmx bike to start riding and I just picked this one out of the blue. I think it was one of the worst choices I have made in my life. The bike is horrible. I am 5'6 and weigh 129 pounds and now the bottom bracket is creaking. I already lightened the bike bike by taking the chaingaurd and reflectors off ( I had to snap the chaingaurd off because the screw was so tight [all fo the screws were either too loose of too tight]) so I had no warranty anymore. I also took the pegs off. The bike still weighs about 35 or more pounds. Most bmx bikes weigh 25 pounds or less. The bike I put in related products is the one I recommend...

This bike is awesome. It rides very smoothly, and it is very adjustable. Of course I had to change the seat a little so my knees won't go so high, but it is very nice.

We bought this for my son for Christmas last year and he has never gotten to use it because the tires wont stay aired up. They keep popping off the rims, on top of that the brakes are stuck where the back wheel won't move. This bike is JUNK!

We were very dissappointed in this bike. My son hadn't even rode it for an hour and the whole pedal assembly fell out. It seems to be stripped and won't stay in. We bought it on the way camping and thought it would be great but instead he can only ride it a little and then must stop and tighten it again - we've even tried duct tape to help. This is going back to the store ASAP!

I bought this bike for my son when he was 6 years old at the beginning of Summer 2011. It came assembled but my brother had to adjust the brakes before my son could ride it. NEXT had to replace the metal part of the brakes for free. It worked fine the rest of the summer. When I took it out of the basement at the beginning of this summer, we discovered the brakes were not working and could not be adjusted to work properly. I went to a bike shop and bought all new brake wire and now everything works perfectly again. My son loves this bike so I was not going to get rid of it.
My son is really hard on bikes. He uses ramps to make jumps and tries various other tricks that often end up with the bike slamming against the ground. We have not had any problems except the brake issue ... no bent frames or rims and no flat tires. My son loves this bike so much that he wants to trick it out to make it his own. I am considering it but will probably just let him use this for everyday since it is on the heavier side (37 lbs) and buy him a lighter bike for tricks (no more than 25 lbs).
I would have given it 5 stars if not for the brake issue.

I was worried when I got this bike because some of the reviews weren't stellar....but this has turned out to be a wonderful bike for my 8 1/2 year old boy. No problems with parts, it was put together when I picked it up at the store, and he's been riding it around since I pulled it out of the car 2 months ago.

At first we were very impressed with the bike, but after only 45 minutes of trying to learn how to ride it, the chain began sticking and then fell off. My husband had read many reviews that said that was a problem so we quickly took the bike back.

BAD TIRES/BAD BREAKS

I bought this bike for my 10 year old daughter last year. We live on a busy street so she rarely rides her bike. She complained that the brakes didn't work, but we figured her hands were too small to grip the brakes well. First ride of the season this year the tire popped. When getting it fixed at the local bike shop, the tire popped again. The bike shop told me it was a bad tire, so I bought a new tire. Then, after he adjusted the brake controls, we realized that the brakes didn't stop the bike at all, it slowed it down a little at best. He wouldn't even put new brakes on the bike, saying it wasn't worth it. So I basically spent $80 to purchase and $40 a bike with lousey. DONT BUY THIS BIKE.

The bike was fine when we got it put toghether. It did not come with all the parts needed to assemble the bike. We had a hard time finding the parts and was difficult to assemble.

I had the bike shipped to me. The shipping was $0.97. Extremely reasonable! The bike arrived promptly and was partially assembled. The back tire and sprocket/chain was already attached. The seat, handlebar and front tire had to be assembled. The brake cables had to be connected and adjusted. This was pretty straight forward and the instructions were good. The bike frame is heavy duty and would support a rider much heavier than my 9 year old grandson. All in all I am satisfied with the purchase and my grandson likes the bike.
