I first read "Soul Mind Body Medicine" four years ago, and it is still my "go to" book for self-healing, healing others, and for great practices such as the Universal Meditation for Forgiveness. Each time I pick it up, I rediscover a bit of wisdom or a practice I had forgotten about; there is just so much there. The techniques are simple and effective. A great read that you will pick up again and again.

I love this book. One of my favorite practices is the Universal Meditation for Cleansing Karma, which is based on the idea that loving forgiveness is the key to cleansing karma. The two aspects of this wisdom are forgiving others and being forgiven. It is the most beneficial and important practice you can do for your spiritual journey. Dr. Sha teaches that unconditional forgiveness brings healing and unlimited blessings to every aspect of your life. The entire book is filled with priceless wisdom. I highly recommend it.

I love this book! Through this book, I have learned lots of healing techniques that have and are transforming my life. I feel empowered because now I can be a part of my healing journey. Not only have I learned healing techniques to self heal but I have learned how to heal others. I love that the practices in this book are complimentary to any healing system. The practices in this book use the soul to heal. I encourage you to read this book and to do the practices in this book to learn more about how you can use the soul to heal. I encourage you to do the practices often and to keep practicing even if you do not notice immediate results. When I first started to practice, I did not notice immediate results but I continued to practice and I feel healthier and happier now.
