We love the breadmaker! The loaf is so even & cuts very prettily. We can put in so many good products into to it! Super nice!

I am on my second Breadman machine. They both have had the same problem. When the machi ne enters it's kneading cycle, many times the force of the kneading will cause the pan to pop up. It no longer has contact with the mechanism that rotates the kneading blade and stops (althought the machine continues throught it's whole program). This has happend a few times now when I set the timer and wake up to find an unmixed loaf of half made dough in the machine. A second problem has popped up: the dispenser does not pop open to add the seed/nuts/ raisons, etc... although I do set the Extras button correctly. It seems to 'stick' ever since I had raisons in there.
It does make good bread -when it works right-but as this is the second one, I can only assume there is a defect in the design and am going to try a different brand.

This is our first bread machine and we are very pleased with it. We have had it 2-3 weeks and have made 4 or 5 loaves. All have come out great! Fits on our counter, although it's a little bigger than the other things on our counter. Very easy to clean. The only negative (and this may happen with all machines, like I said, this is our first one) is that the mixing paddle leaves a hole in the bottom of the loaf after it's baked, which leaves a slice in the middle of the bread when it's cut. But overall, we're very pleased with this machine.

Reading the Instruction manual really takes the guess work out. No problems all great loaves of bread from reg. white to french. Love the battery backup never need to fear a power outage. And they don't mention it on the site but you can pause Anytime for anything and even take the paddle out on the last rise. Even my Gentleman wanted to learn how to use it after the first loaf came out! :) Can't wait to use the jam setting... No trouble , great buy, Highly recommend. KT

Pros - makes perfect loaves, more tasks and specifications than before, great value
Cons - no replaceable parts, not as well-built-looking as before
Bought this breadmaker to replace my original one (the previous model) - I dropped the bread pan right on the mixer part, denting it unworkably. I had once replaced the paddle piece (ebay), but the bread pans are impossible to find. However, no other bread machine can compare in my book, so I bought another. It does even more (low carb, etc.), but I must admit that the fit, finish and readability of the buttons are not as good as the previous model. Overall, though, the Breadman is a must-have. Just use it for 10 delicious homemade pizzas and it's paid for!

I have bought a bread machine from Breadman before, and have had excellent results with breadmaking in my home.I have saved over buying bread in the stores. My overall favorite is rye bread, and I just bought pans to make Italian loaf breads, and the ease of the machine making dough is great. The only minus I have is the fact that it is not American made anymore. I proudly support my country, and I hope that we will see things made here again.

If this product was built better it would be great, as it looks good, has lots of recipes, and lots of settings. Unfortunately, it is not built well at all. The main problem is with the pieces of very thin tin that hold the bread pan. When I received it, I took the pan out, and the pan 'holders' vibrated. VERY flimsy. I put the pan back in, and returned it. I won't waste my money.

was skeptical at first, but this machine proved to be an excellent selection. bottom crust is crispy and brown on the medium crust setting, loaf is fine grained and fairly solid and the shape is pretty close to hand shaped. 1 lb. loaf is a bit small, but 1-1/2 lb. is just right. my only negative comment is that the top crust is a bit too light and a bit too under done, but not that bad. i would recommend this machine. haven't figured out all the computer part of it yet, but basic settings are fine for now. you'll need some counter space for this, it's a fair sized machine, but i just put it under the counter on a shelf and bring it up to use it.

The end product was great, but whenever the bread was kneading, the basket would come out of place and stop the process. Hopefully the TR2500BC that I purchased was the only one that had that problem. I had to return it.

This breadmaker is very pretty - When I unpacked it, all seemed to be fine - but when I picked it up to place on my shelf, I noticed a big dent in the left bottom corner where the plug is, and also the leg sticks out about an 1/8th of an inch - call me picky, but for the cost of this - I think it should have no imperfections. I didnt send it back because it has not affected the cooking process - but I think the company should be more careful when packing. Also - there was a coupon for yeast which had expired in 2007.

My only regret about buying this bread machine was not doing it sooner. We have made French Bread, Pizza dough and using an old family recipe for home made bread, made a delicious loaf that tasted just like the original. The last thing we made were the sticky cinnamon rolls which were so good. It is a little noisy during the kneading cycle, but not that bad plus the cycle isn't that long. Sure beats kneading by hand.

It does beep very long and loud whenever you plug it in, or when the power goes out/comes back on or when programming it!! Kind of annoying. The kneading cycle is not as loud as my old machine, though.
The machine itself seems a little "flimsy" compared to my old bread machine, but that could just be the way they're made now.
Great bread. The several loaves I've made so far have been great, so I have no complaints. And, this looks great on my counter!

It looks good enough to keep on my cabinet. EASY to clean up. If I wear it out like I did the last one, I'll buy another one.
