It is very difficult when you order on-line at Walmart to know IF you actually have the warranty service activated. Yes, it shows billed on my receipt BUT I get all kinds of confirmation emails on the product but I still don't really know if the warranty is registered if I need it!

I purchased this warrenty so that I would not have to deal with the manufacturer, and it is not so. I have to wait until the warrenty of the manufacturer expires first! whatever that means......
