I have wanted a convection oven for years and finally broke down and bought this one after doing extensive research as to which would be the best buy. I really wanted one that would fit my 9x13 inch pans, but got this one instead. One of the main reasons I bought it was to use the rotisserie. However, my very first use was not just disappointing, but frustrating. The rotisserie kept dropping off on the left side. It was not easy to put in and take out with food on it either. I only had a 3 pound roast on it to boot, when it states it can hold a 5 pound chicken. NOT! It did cook great though I have to admit. I had to end up baking the roast in it due to the issues with the rotisserie. So if you do not want to use the rotisserie then this oven is for you! That is the only reason I would recommend it. I am going to take this one back and try the Emerson since it will fit my pans.

I really like this oven. I was concerned that I would never be able to roast a turkey but realized that I could borrow or purchase a counter top roaster (about $24 at WalMart). When baking cookies I had to rotate the baking sheet 180 degrees about half way through the cycle for even cooking. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this oven and would recommend it to my family and friends.

My sisters oven went out befor thanksgiving,I am 700 miles away.So I sent her the store to store Hamiton toaster oven,she loves it and actually does not even need a oven now,she says it cooks so fast and everything comes out perfect. I got this oven as a gift for christmas. It had a rack missing so I went to the Hamilton Beach website and wrote to them. I got an email back in 3 days saying the replacement rack was on the way!! I love this oven. I have a propane stove and can't afford to use it so my sister bought this for me. It cooks wonderfully. The temp is right on and I love the backing pans that came with it. Everything I've cooked in it has come out perfect. Cooks better than the oven in my apartment.

We have only had the convection oven for about 1 month but we use it almost daily. We have cooked everything from bread to lasagna and it's awesome. It cooks the lasagna in about 35-40 minutes. You can't beat that! I was afraid it was going to heat up too much but we haven't had a problem. We love it!

I have been using this oven for nearly two years and just went on-line to order another one because the convection fan has worn out. This convection toaster oven has completely replaced my huge oven that heats up the house when I use it, which has only been about twice in two years. The convection feature is outstanding! I love it so much I'm ordering another one, despite the last one only lasted just shy of two years. I think I wore it out. FYI: Wal-mart has the best price as I was just at Kohls and they are selling it for $140.00 -- TWICE the price that Wal-mart is selling it.

This is a very nice toaster oven . It is good size for me , I hate using my big gas oven . My gas oven is a large family oven , really too large for me ! I can watch my gas bill go up when I use it ! Needed an indefinite replacement for my big oven, and this product fit the bill. I can cook one pizza for my son & his friend & a different one for my wife and I (simultaneously). The door has a bit more of a gap on the top right than the top left, which is annoying, but does not seem to affect the oven's cooking ability significantly. I cook indoors with it in the winter & outdoors on the patio table in the summer, and it helps heat the house or keep it cool, respectively. The rotisserie rod needs better tongs (4, not 2, and longer & thinner)...whole chickens are too much work to tie on to it, imho. Digital-smidgital...regular knobs work fine for me...less to break. Do switch items on the top & bottom racks once or twice during cooking, if you want them to cook at the same rate, or for certain items (like pizzas). Also, if using convection, watch your item because the convection setting really does speed up cooking.

My mother needed something that would fit on her counter that she could use in place of her oven. She felt that it was not cost-effective to heat an oven to cook for just one person.
She has been using this product for 2 weeks now and hasn't needed to "fire up" her normal oven once! The convection feature works wonderfully.
I couldn't give an accurate durability rating because it hasn't been that long since we purchased the countertop oven.

So far, everything about this machine is as I expected it to be. I absolutely love it. I am disabled and cannot get to my regular kitchen (it's upstairs), so I've made a mini-kitchen downstairs. The only thing I wish different is to fit my 9x13 pans, but I just use two smaller pans with the double racks and it's perfect!

Since I live alone, but love to cook, I wanted something that would work well without heating up the kitchen or wasting electricity. I had a smaller cheaper toaster oven that was OK but not great, and when I needed to use the higher temps, it turned brown on top. I have so far baked and broiled in this oven daily, and it is wonderful. For the price, it is a real bargain - others were more expensive with less features and not as sturdy. Although it has a larger capacity, the footprint is not that much bigger. I have it on the diagonal in the corner, and I still have plenty of room on the counter. I can't wait till I have guests and use the rotisserie. I have no doubt it will do a great job there, too.

I am thoroughly pleased with this oven. When compared to other ovens, the price/size of this one beats them hands down. IF you're looking for something to compete w/your full size oven, this is it. The interior height allows two shelves with more than just 3 inches between them like others! Bread comes out beautifully. I did not test the internal temp. as other reviewers said, however, my recipes always came out done so I didn't think it was a problem. Be aware that not EVERYTHING cooks faster (especially dense casseroles) so don't automatically blame the oven!

I am very pleased with my purchase. It cooks evenly and quickly without heating up my kitchen. Another thing I like about it, it is large enough to cook anything I want to cook. The only thing I am not happy about is the top of the oven (outside) get very hot and I am afraid to put it under my cupboards.
