Hamilton Beach Countertop Oven with Convection

It was exactly what I was looking for and works great. I have a gas stove and it gets expensive to run and heats up the whole house. This oven is perfect and makes the best rotisserie chicken we've ever eaten!

I have used the baking and convection features and find they work perfect. Even my bread and cookies came out great. The rotisserie feature I have not used as yet but have every confidence it will work as great as the rest. It is much more convenient to use than my regular oven.
I used site to store and it was a breeze. I will be using this again for sure.

Very nice toaster oven. The only thing negative to say at this point is the convection does not really work that well. Food cooked in the convection mode still over cooked on one side. I had to rotate the food.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Took forever to arrive, packaging was the original package (but it made it undamaged!). Bought for the sole purpose of replacing my Travel Trailer's original propane stove/oven.

Pros-
It has everything. Easy timer, easy temp settings, easy cooking settings. Fast to use, Convection acts slightly faster than conventional. WILL cook two 12" pizzas, does a great job as well! Comes with 2 baking sheets, extra rack, and rotisserie. Unit heats FAST! Roomy inside! Also has a slide in/out "drip tray", which is a nice feature.

Cons-
Not many! Sheets that come with it are non-stick, no big deal there! Some will see the size as a Con, I did not and planned for it. I am not a fan of the overall front lid design (straight glass), nor am I a fan of the "rack" design (just oven standard). Makes it a little difficult to work with, when pulling racks out.

Note:
I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability. I have cooked more than 25 meals in it already, of all different things, and have been QUITE happy with it. This thing can easily cook for two people in a small apartment, or Travel Trailer. (Which I have done). I have not tried baking in it as of yet.

The unit gets HOT, just like any oven. Plan to give the unit extra side space for venting, and rear space as well. Mine is in the same exact spot as my original propane unit, works fine there. If you have the counter space, this unit is GREAT. If not, I could see plopping it on a small table too.

Overall, excellent unit so far, easy to use.

I decided to take the microwave out of the kitchen after reading about the radiation that it omits. And I must stay I love this product, it is a little larger than I expected, butI don't mind. It works great. Glad to have a second oven in the house.

I've used the toaster, convection and regular oven. Still haven't tried the rotisserie yet though. It has met every need so far. Fits nicely on top of my small microwave to make a whole cooking station.

I love this oven, however, they changed the plug and returned it. The plug is a lot shorter than it was before. I hope they put it back the way it was so I can purchase another at a later date. Thanks, Anne

While it doesn't have the latest electronic controls, what it has works well.
I suggest that you read up on convection cooking before buying this, though the broil and oven modes work well enough to make the purchase worthwhile alone.
Convection cooking is different enough from a regular oven that some care is needed; there are plenty of cookbooks out there (I've got two now) to help you out.
