This is a great small oven and perfect for my needs. Doesn't heat up the entire kitchen and bakes to perfection, even better than my large double oven. Like it so well, that I bought another one for the office. Did a lot of research on pricing prior to buying from Walmart.com. WM definately has the best price and you can't beat the free-ship-to-store feature! Highly recommend this product and purchasing from WalMart.com.

Other reviews said that it cooled down fast but I didn't really believe it. Well, it's true! What a blessing for warm-weather cooking. It cooks evenly so there are no dark spots on one side and pale spots on another. The next time I move, I won't have to worry about being stuck with a less-than-great oven. Consistency! I like it!!

The day I brought this home I had bought a chicken to try the rotisserie. OMG! it was so juicy and delicious. I have also broiled a London Broil in it, and am just as pleased. I baked brownies in it, and it baked them better than my BIG oven. For the price I paid, it has well exceeded my expectations. I love this lil oven and have recommended it to several people. you just cant beat everything that it does for the price you pay. GO GET ONE!! you'll love it!

This oven is just pure excellent; no more turning on and heating the kitchen with the stove oven...not only does this oven save electricity, but also cooks quicker and food turns out better than the regular stove oven. I can convection cook a whole chicken in 20 minutes and the chicken is still moist and juicy in the refrigerator after 2 - 3 days......it is excellent cooking frozen french fries without grease and they turn out very crispy.....I use my oven everyday and would be lost without it.......only wish it was more durable, my first one lasted about 2 years, this is my 2nd oven...but....is the only brand and model that meets my requirements.

I'm not a fan of electric cooking appliances. But since there isn't an LP gas countertop oven out there (LOL) I found this one to be great as far as electric cooking appliances go. A previous review noted the unit does get extremely hot when in use. This is very true but is to be expected. Do use caution as with any heated appliance I agree with another review that a light inside would be a great asset to the user. I have used this oven several times and am very pleased with the features, look, and overall quality thus far.

This is a great alternative to having an oven. We got rid of our oven and use this which heats up any food quickly. We use it to cook two vegan pizzas at once and melt soy cheese on bread slices. The convection setting is faster than normal heating. It comes with two big square oven pans that catch any crumbs and adjustable shelves. It stays very clean easily. I like the big glass door that you can see completely through. The on/timer dial throws you off at first but then you learn to just see if the red light in on, the setting for "stay on". The size is perfect and not too small like many other mini-ovens. You can do anything with this oven and I don't like the harmful emissions of microwaves so this does everything a microwave can do with the exception of microwave popcorn, but I have an air popper for popcorn so no problem. Who needs an energy wasting big oven when you can have a cute small one like this. I love it!

I was looking for an alternative to cooking in my gas oven during summer and this is it. It is big enough to accommodate two pizzas, casseroles, or even a whole chicken. There is not specific toast feature but it is easy enough to put bread in on bake mode. It doesn't heat up as fast as a toaster oven but still faster than preheating a big oven. It looks pretty sleek. I don't know about the durability since I've only had it a week. This is such a great appliance and it already has replaced both my oven and my microwave as it's versatile and convenient.

I was pleased when I opened the box, at how nice looking it was. Getting the hang of using it was easy but read the booklet first. I love the outward curved, top opening oven door with the intermediate stop and the slide-out drip tray for easy cleaning. If there is just one thing I would change, it would be to have the numbers larger on the dials for us oldsters to see more easily..but the heavy duty dials are much sturdier than on other ovens of this type. Easy switching between 'bake' 'broil' and 'convection' too. Bakes evenly and quickly, so experiment with medium temperatures first. I paid over $40 more for the oven this one replaced, and that was 9 years ago!

I had been wanting a toaster oven for making quick little meals such as french bread pizza and chicken nuggets without having to heat the big oven, (which also heats the kitchen). But also, there are occasions that I could really use a second oven. Short of remodeling our kitchen, I thought this might be a nice option. I asked for this for Christmas and I got it. And I have used it every day since! I cook often and this is nice and doesn't heat up the whole kitchen like my conventional oven. I don't always use the convection option, but it does speed things along when I am in a hurry. The food alwys comes out just as well as with the big oven. I would feel better if the oven door sealed a little tighter, but it seems to do just fine when cooking, so doesn't appear to be much of an issue for now. I love this oven so much that I bought one for my mother-in-law. She is very excited about it as well. It makes a great 2nd oven without the expense and space of adding in another conventional oven. I use this mostly as I would a toaster oven, but it holds more than most toaster ovens which is what I need. And it functions well as a regular oven as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a low cost option for a second oven.

The oven was purchased for our office breakroom and received rave reviews from staff of 17. The oven is large enough for employees to share in time to cook food, no long waiting lines to get into the oven. We also purchased frozen pizzas which fit nicely and the employees can share a meal. We really like it, cooks real fast for what we have tried in it so far. Hot dogs it says to cook for 15 mins, I put 3 of them in it on Convection @ 350 degs. (no preheat)and they were cooked, juicy and like at a ballpark in 13 mins. Tried 2 more dogs and put them on the rotisserie instead of on the tray and they came out great in 16 mins. but I should of had it on broil not heat when using the rot. Broils hanburger in about 22 mins. Cooks great though, we really like it! BBQ'd rotisserie chicken in on the menu for tomorrow. Not a whole lot of bells and whisles on the unit but it doesn't need it, the features that it has are just fine. Has 3 dials, one controls the timer, one the broil/rotisserie and one for convection/heat. Timer just has a simple ding when done. Could use an intenal light, would be helpful at times I think. And a 4 or 6 pronged rotisserie skewer fork for dogs/brauts instead of just the 2 pronged, which is actually for chicken, roasts etc. but works if you want just a couple of juicy ballparks. All in all it's a real good buy I think. mm

I am very pleased with the Hamilton Beach toaster oven. I own a restaraunt quality stove and oven. In the summer the restaraunt oven throws too much heat into my house so a high quality toaster oven is a muct. This oven is convection as well as rotissery. Terrific!

It is a nice oven but I thought it would be bigger. It has a nice height to it but none of the glass pans I bake chicken in can fit in the oven. It's too small! It is great for rotisserie, pizzas, cookies, and small meals.
