The price was very good compared to other locations, and the board is easy and safe to use, even for older people. Although it is an entry level board, I think that it is challenging enough to keep maintain one's interest for a long time. Well made, sturdy, good value for the money. Five stars.

I recently had knee replacement surgery and my Physical Therapist recommended that a get a wobble board to improve my sence of balance. I have used this board for a couple of days and I can already notice improvement.

I TRIED THIS OUT THE FIRST NIGHT I GOT IT AND FIGURED OUT HOW UNCOORDINATED I WAS. IT HAS HELPED ME IMPROVE MY BALANCE DRAMATICALLY. I HAVE ALSO STRENGHTENED MY CALFS AND THIGHS. THUMBS UP FOR THIS ONE.
