Hoover FloorMate SpinScrub 800, H3060

If you have tile floors and are tired of trying to clean the grout, you need to own one of these. It applies the solution, scrubs the tile and grout and removes the dirty water then squeegies it dry. Try that with a mop.

Owned an older floormate model. Loved the fact that the machine washed and semi-dried the floors in one motion. If you doubted the cleaning power, just look in the waste receptacle. This version does the same and also, cleans in tighter spaces. Also has a wet pick-up feature for extra dry floors. The grout cleaner application is not perfect, but I can think of other cleaning applications that it maybe used in. If you have alot of wood and tiled flooring, stop breaking your back with a mop.

This is a replacement for my last floormate which my grandchildren and children have taken to use constantly. Needless to say I bought myself an updated model and the rest of the extended family get to use the older model.

I owned an older original Floormate and this updated model has a much larger cleaning/scrub brush range which cleans my tile and wood floors perfectly! The attachments make getting into tight spots, like corners and bathrooms easy and fast. This machine saves me endless hours of dealing with an old fashion mop. It never ceases to amaze me how much dirt it captures even though I use it at least every other week.

This is the second Hoover floor cleaner I've purchased and I'm sadly disappointed. I have an early 300 model which I love but it's started leaking water and I wanted to upgrade. This 800 model is terrible and does not leave my floors clean. I read the previous reviews and was very excited when the cleaner arrived. It leaves streak marks on my light shade wood floores. Call the manufacturer and they said to try wet pickup. Did not work, terrible streak marks left. On tile it did not clean them. I passed a wet paper towel over some of the tiles after cleaning and they were still dirty. I am getting my old 300 series fixed and returning this one back asap.

I purchased the Hoover Floormate based on the comments from my daughter and her tile floors. We just moved into a new home, however we haven't put down the flooring and have cement floors. The floors were horribly dirty from the construction. We cleaned up as much as we could then used the Floormate. They are wonderful now. We will not be unhappy with our cement floors till we get our new flooring installed...thanks to the Floormate.

I purchased the H3010 Floormate several years ago and loved it. I have black granite floors and the H3010 was a dream and cut my work in half. However the SpinScrub 800 H3060 was a nightmare. First it was far too heavy, it doubled my work because it left too much water on the floor and I had to go over it again to dry the water. The H3010 cleaned and dryed at the same time. The H3060 also left smears and water marks on my black floor and I could not see the water on the white marble therefore water was left puddled on the hall floors.
The water tank was far too small, I had to refill it twice just for my utility room floors. When I got ready to empty the dirty water I spilled all of it because unlike the H3010 the H3060 was not secure the top just set there waiting to spill when you pulled it out. I did not use the the other parts because I was to tired to do anything else other than pack it back up and take it back.
Hoover you did not meet my expectations this time, this is the first time that your product was a flop with me. I will try to get my H3010 repaired.
If I had my wish it would be: Make the H3010 wider, add two more filters and do nothing morer.
Until my H3010 is repaired I would rather use the mop and bucket it cost less and i expect to be worn out after I finish. You get get only 1 star because the machine was nice in appearance.

I love this product. With 3 dogs and 2 kids, I needed something that would not just push dirt around but actually scrub the floor and pick up the dirty water. It is very easy to use and does a great job cleaning. I bought one for my mom and am going to get one for my mother-in-law. I highly recommed this item to everyone!

With3 kids & 3 dogs, this Floormate is a blessing. Not only does it clean the tile, but it works wonders on the grout. This is my second floormate and we love the attachments, can finally do stairs and get the baseboard area a lot easier.
