The books arrived by the date promised and were in good condition.
If you're looking to change your eating habits for the better, I recommend the low Glycemic Index. It is much easier to make and to stick to the changes than I expected. This book provided info that breaks the index down into something I could understand.

I borrowed this book from the library before purchasing it. I knew it was one I wanted and would use. It's helpful to people with Type 2 diabetes and offers some good recipe ideas on those carb foods that are best choices.
