My husband had a Palm for years and I felt that it was high time to upgrade. He is the easiest man in the world to please so I wanted to get something that I knew he would like. He opened the box and was immediatly pleased. It was the exact one he wanted. I myself do not use it so just from his response with his "new toy", he was very satisfied.

I use this product everyday for personal and business use. Its alot more affordable than some of the newer models but it definitely gets the job done. There is an array of functions such as calendars, to-do list, alarms, address book. For anyone looking to cut the paper and keep themselves organized this is the product for you. Also I am able to process alot of my business work as well.

I have been using the E2 for a few weeks, now, and the new version of Graffiti is much easier to use (my last Palm was an M105). I have had no problems with the E2, but I almost never give anything a perfect rating. I would recommend the E2, but I wish Palm would update it so that it could handle larger SD cards. It's getting hard to find SD cards 1GB or smaller.

Be warned! this will not load an SD card larger than 1GB. that's my only complaint. This thing is fast and reliable. still have a wide variety of programs available for these things. music playback quality is good. photo's look excellent. I've been using palm OS for about five years now so there's nothing that's really changed through the ages.

The PalmOne Tungsten E2 hand held is a great value. It is simple to use and installing the software was simple. It is dependable and easy to use, not much skill is required. The only thing to remember is the unit needs to be fully charged before it is installed.

This is my first PDA purchase and I love it. I mainly purchased it as a "Drug Reference" as I am a health care professional, rather than pulling out a drug book from the medication room. I carry it in my cargo pocket and pull it out to reference drugs. It is easy to use, navigate and it looks sleek. It is super fast. My only con is that it is a bit slow when I open files (e.g. Music, pictures) from my inserted memory card. Another con is that the speaker is not load enough even when maxed out. Overall I would buy another one. I am still attempting to figure out bluetooth and wireless internet access (I always get an error message).

The product software/CD was defective and the Palm help center stated that they could not send me a knew CD because they were out of the CDs and that they would never get any new CDs because there are "newer" PDAs available now. Their only suggestion was to return the product and get another one with the hopes that the software/CD was not defective. Now, I will go get another PDA that is NOT made by Palm.

Good Starter PDA,

This is my first PDA, and I believe a good 'starter' PDA. It Syncs perfectly with Outlook - which was my main goal. 'Documents to Go' that I had high hopes for is a complete bust both in the regular memory and the expansion card (1 Gb). Both relentlessly give me "Fatal Error" that can only be cleared by punching 'Reset'. However, I have put many *.jpg pictures on the card and they seem to work without a problem. I hope music will work as well, but have not tried that as yet. Battery life is great - the initial charge instructions are a little weird - but work. Initial charge time is 3 hours minimum; recharge seems about as long, depending upon how depleted the battery is when you start. So - for a 'starter' I am learning a lot and I believe that is a good thing.

As a gift this was a hard item to choose after some research I found this hand held and purchased it. The person I gave it to really loves it and carries it around like his new best friend. He uses it for teaching (his profession) and as a calander to plan his work & family events. He really loves the way it connects with his cell phone and is really happy with the gift. I am extreemly happy I purchased this item.

It's my other Brain. It's like a laptop that I can carry in my purse or a pocket (smaller than others but can do more) I have different SD card that I load Music on, one for Pictures, one for my medical profile including my kids shot records and childhood illnesses, I even have a daily Journal and games if I get bored. I can check it anytime to see when I have appointments or my shopping list by typing on the keyboard or writing right on my desktop and I can send and receive emails with a WiFi card or hooked to my PC. I can transfer documents back and forth from my PC to my Palm and visa versa and I can write them or correct them in either media. It's great for College students, Professionals, Mothers, Fathers and people who need a second brain. Even when you forget to change it, it doesn't loose information. Online Tech Support is great, even with the stupidest questions. I don't know what I did without it.

I have had this PDA for only a few months, and it changed my way of keeping track of "stuff". There are lower prices out there for the E2, but not with the extended service plan combined with the product. I also purchased a 1 GB memory card to store MP3 files and other software. (This device cannot address a 2 GB card).
