In a modern age of hi-def and dolby the good ole classic's are still the best. You can't beat Myrna Loy and William Powell. Even their worst movie together was wonderful!

I love the Thin Man series of movies. I love the mysteries of the 1930's and 40's. You can't beat William Powell, loved him. It is worth every penny.

got this collection as a "just because" surprise present for my GF - we LOVE it! the DVD quality is excellent, and all of them have some nice "extras", including cartoons from the era! if you're into "nick+nora", you owe it to yourself to grab this complete collection...
