I bought this microwave for my 85 year old mother for christmas,,it was very difficult for her to understand,was not pleased with this product!!It worked sometimes,,then not work at all.I finally just got her a new one,,one more easier to work.I would not buy this again,,its the one with the grill,she never did get that to work,,just couldn't read the front and very diffitcult for her to read and understand,,this was in 2008,,and not very old ,,when I just bought her a GE,,very pleased,,ty

I've had this microwave for three years I bought it from walmart for 60 dollars. I have had no problems whatsoever...I don't have any of the problems as the other people. In fact I get many compliments on it, because it looks so expensive. I haven't had to replace anything on it, or blown any fuses, and let me tell you I use it ALOT!! It cooks things a lot quicker than any microwavable package says, I would recommend this unit to everyone!!Works great and looks great, I especially like the bar to pull it open instead of a button...LOVE IT:)

I bought this product less that 2 years ago and already have to replace it. I like the look of it, but it never kept time correctly, made a buzzing sound and then just stopped heating anything cooked in it. Now in less than 2 years I have to invest in another. Big waste of money. I would not recommend this product.

Overall the microwave is good but the time setting is possible only via express cooking so you have an option to set it to either minutes or multiple of 30 seconds. I mean you can set it to 1min+30 sec, just 30 sec etc but if you want 10, 20, 40, 50 seconds, that's not possible and I think that feature is important.

We have never had any problems with this microwave. We love all the features it has, and it's so easy to use, my 3 year old can make his own lunch! I've read that some people have had fuse issues, but we haven't had a single problem and would definitely buy another one!

My husband and I bought this microwave with the tax return in 2006. It just died on me 5 days ago. I was trying to heat up some veggies for my kids lunch and it just up and quit! I have tried everything I can think of to try to get it to come back on and nothing. We have only had this thing barely over 2 years. It should have NEVER bit the dust this quick! I would NOT waste my money on this at all!

This product has a long standing history of blowing fuses. I have one I am replacing the fuse in now. Other than that they seem to be great microwaves. Just know when you buy one that you will be replacing fuses about one a year.

We purchased this microwave on 3 things 1) Size 2) Appearance 3) Features.
It was great, we managed to fit in everything we needed and unlike most things we buy we used alot of the features it offered. It lasted just a little over a year then without notice it died on me. I was really sad about it. At least it lasted through Christmas...phew!! So if you need it as a temporary fix its great but don't think long term.
