The Graco Adjustable base for SnugRide Infant Car Seat, Silver is perfect for the families that own two vehicles. You can adjust the infant car seat to the right incline using this base. This adjustable base is designed to be used with Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seat. So, if you have two cars, you can keep one Graco base permanently installed in one car and use this base for the other car. So, you dont have to keep moving the infant car seat base from one car to another when required. Made from metal and plastic, the Graco rear facing car seat base is strong and lightweight. The Graco SnugRide infant car seat base is easy to install as it is LATCH equipped. It is one of the best car seats for toddlers and is easy to clean as well.

I needed another base for our second car so I wouldn't be bothered with moving the original around and this one is perfect! My baby is due soon so I haven't used it yet but the car seat fits as pefectly as the original base it came with so no complaints here.

The description of this item is very misleading. You would think all SnugRide Infant Car Seats fit with the SnugRide Infant Car Seat bases. Makes sense right? As a first time mom (with twins, no less), I registered for these additional bases only to find out 6 months later when my maternity leave was over that these bases were not compatible with my SnugRide Infant Car Seats. I spoke with Graco and they were no help at all. I wouldn't have registered for these if they were clearly differentiated from each SnugRide Infant Car Seat model. Very disappointed.

I love graco products this was amazing the base has its own levels for height for the baby and i love that its got this belt that latches onto the newer cars with the extra seat belt loops for better safety of the base and carseat

I finally found a base that fits our car seat. The only reason I gave it a fair rating is due to the shipping. I ordered the carseat through walmart.com and had it shipped to the store. The first one was damaged so I returned it to the store. The return process took forever. Whoever shipped the box put the shipping stickers all over the barcodes on the box and the barcode on the easy return form that I printed off the website did not work either. I ordered a second one but yet again the second one arrived damaged as well. Even though the price was better thru walmart I ended up paying a bit more to order it through Target as they did not damage it during the shipping process.
