I thought it would be a lot of fun. There's a lot of pointless things in it and it it time consuming. You only do like one dance per vdv and the dance moves are LAME.

I am very happy with this DVD. It's fun, sexy and easy to learn. After the kids go to bed instead of sitting on the sofa eating junk food I have had so much fun dancing around the room feeling sexy about myself. It's awesome!

I bought video 2 first. I really liked it so I decided to buy the whole set. I was very shocked to watch the other videos as they are nothing like the 2nd. They are great if you want to learn the dance steps to a strip tease but not to help you achieve the body to perform one. The only video out of this set that I would recommend is video 2.

This is a great product, I personally love carmen Electra so that is the main reason why I purchased this. But once you do every workout you most deffinetly feel it the next day or two! I know my body is gonna be tight with in a month if I keep at it!

This product is really fun. The four dvds let you choose from a variety of things to do. If you dont like a workout,,you can easily choose another one. In her rountines,they give you step by step instructions so youre not lost. The Strip to fit dvd is single handidly the best,,because you feel like you've really accomplished something once youre done,and the trainer and Carmen make you feel comfortable and they make you want to work out.

This is a very good set - priced right too. Even without the marital benefits, the exercises are very good. Carmen uses a personal trainer and its only the two of them so you don't feel like you're with a bunch of models. It's very nicely paced and the exercises are easy yet challenging and definitely beneficial. No boredom here. They'd help with any form of dancing.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working out with Carmen and her girls. I'm just a beginner at this type of workout, but I've already noticed improvement in my stamina, strength and aerobic ability. I've lost a little bit of weight, but have lost more inches than I expected. Not to mention, I'm having a great time!!! This workout is FUN!!

Four dvd's for $34.97 - great price. Very easy to understand and follow. It really is a great workout. I'm only on the first dvd so far, but have viewed the rest and can't wait to start doing the exercises on the others. Your abs really get a workout.
