I wanted one of these to prepare food for my baby. It works great for that. The only thing I was disappointed with was there should be another small cup to puree in. Otherwise it's great. I love making blizzards for my husband. It really works great for steaming small amounts of veggies but if it gets too hot and not enough liquid you can burn/melt the plastic. I would also put it on a plate as when it steams in the microwave the water you add runs all over. The other thing is you must wait quit some time after microwaving for food to cool before putting on the blade otherwise the seal falls out and you have water running everywhere. The one thing I could not find was if the items were BPA free so I do not steam veggies in there anymore. Great for bread crumbs!

I purchased this product because it claims to be able to chop, dice, and shred....along with blending and puree. Well, all it does is puree, and it even does a bad job at that! I tried a tomato first because I wanted to chop or dice it. no matter how I tried I just ended up with tomato juice with odd chunks in it. so then I thougth that an onion would be much easier since half the work is done for you just by the way an onion grows. I quartered a small onion and placed the onion in and used the "pulse". I ended up with onion juice with huge flat chunks of layers that it was unable to cut. If you want to ONLY make smoothies and juices, Im sure this thing is great, but if you want to use it for anything else I would definatley look elsewhere. I immediatley packaged it back up and returned it.

I am having a hard time getting the colored rims off. I am going to try a little cooking oil on the rim before I put them on to see if this helps when it's time to take them off to wash. Other than that, the magic bullet is very fast and really chops great.

I got this for my daughter she loves it she makes her own fruit drinks and smoothes I am now known as the BEST and Smartest MOM around !!! This item is fantastic! Due to my living situation at the present I do not get to use it nearly as often as I would like. As soon as I have a place of my own I will be using this everyday and it will be proudly displayed on my counter. The only problem with it is that there is no way to order just replacement cups or other accessories, but you have to just buy the whole system again, which isn't really all that bad.

My partner and I had an older blender that was really difficult to clean and kinda big for just two people. So we were looking for something that could handle smoothies, and something that was easy to clean. We had looked at a couple of different products in store, and almost bought the Hamilton Beach Dual Wave, until we realized how difficult the lids are to get off of the cups (I do love samples on the shelves). He said that he had seen the Bullet before and it was supposed to be really good. The individual cups, and the ease of use sold me on it. Just used it to blend his spices and makes smoothies for the two of us, and it did a great job!!! Not to mention that this is wonderful to clean! Worth the money - definitely worth it!

I have owned the same Magic Bullet for over 5 years now and it is truly the best blender you can buy. It crushes ice and mixes frozen drinks/smoothies in just a few seconds. You have to be careful when it locks on not to leave it on longer than the 30 seconds at a time or the motor will overheat. However I have never had the product stop working. Also make sure you tighten the blending base on very tight or it will leak. Easy to use, easy to clean. I would never buy another blender.

I was so excited to use my magic bullet... but there is nothing magical about it. It does not chop like it does on TV also the rubber stripping that keeps the liquid in the containers during the blending time falls off easily, which the manufacture must be aware of because they incude extra strips in the box. I thought this product would be so much more than what it really is... just a cheap blender that can old do a few onces at a time.

After I read some of the reviews on here, I was skeptical about buying this product. I have seen the infomercials over and over and also my wife wanted it. After looking at it in the store, I realized that it wasn't the same one as on TV. I bought it anyway and my wife has been happy ever since. She makes all kinds of concoctions with it and the kids LOVE the smoothies she makes. All in all, I think it was a great but. No, it's not the one as seen on TV, but if you would have taken a couple extra minutes to read the box, you would have figured that out.
