Super Paper Mario (Wii)

This was a hit on Christmas Day. We played this game clear into the night.

I love this game and play it for hours.

As a child, I can remember wanting a Nintendo SO bad for Christmas, One year we got one, and it came with The Super Mario Bros. game. The music, the characters, the trees, blocks, coins, everything. It's so nostalgic on Paper Mario! I chose those because I loved the original Nintendo Mario games, and had read many reviews it was similiar. It's fast, exciting, and the ability to flip between dimensions is too cool. Some of the levels are pretty hard, and take a few tries, or you cant quiet figure out what the object of that world is, but it's easy to figure out and there are tons of hints all along the way. I highly recommend this game if you were ever a fan of Super Mario Bros. on Nintendo or Super Mario World on Nintendo 64. You wont be disappointed.

this game is horrible - the hour long story you have to sit through before you get to play was insufferable. the incessant talking between characters is painful. this game seems best suited for anyone with a long attention span that would prefer to read through a video game than actually play a video game. this game is nothing like the classic Mario games and not in a good way either. don't waste your time or money on this garbage.

Got this for Christmas for my kids and they all love it! From the 14 year old to the 24 year old. They were all playing together. A great game. They especially like being able to play online with people from all around the world.

Given as a Christmas gift to an 11 year old female. She was excited to receive it.

We grew up on the Mario Brothers Games and we've missed them dearly until now. We just bought a wii last week and purchased this game with it. We didn't buy any other games considering how much a wii alone cost and then 50 for the game.
Pros: Graphics are very good. Its a sit down game so its a change from the activity you usually do with other wii games. It has alot of old game features from back in the day. It gives you multiple things to do besides playing levels. Its a medium grade hard game. Tons more reasons to buy to.
Cons: Its very addictive with all the added things to do. Theres one part in the game called 100 trials that you have to beat without dying and its really hard. I wish it was two players like the old games.

Overall I would recommend this to any age and anyone who loves the old nintendo games.

Paper Mario is an amazing game. It takes me back to the "old school" Mario games. I am having a blast! I recommend this game to people of all ages. Have fun with it...it's not complicated, by this I mean, anyone should be able to play it and enjoy playing it.

This game has been so much fun and one of my favorites for the Wii so far! You can switch from 2D to 3D, and as you progress, you will locate several "Pixls" to help you during the game. There are also a bunch of hidden items (much like other Mario games). The only thing I don't care for is all the conversations, but you can push the "A" button and quickly get through them if you want. But overall, this is a great game and I would definitely recommend it to anyone -good music, the conversations can be funny (if you choose to read them), and the graphics are excellent.
