I've been using this for about 3 weeks now...I have lost a total of 8 inches of my hips, thighs, waste and butt. A total of 10 pounds! I wake up every morning at 7:30 do each exercise plus the bonus DVD. my muscles the next day burned about the second week my pants were starting to fall off! I reccomend this product to everyone! This is an amazing product!

I have thin legs, but not boney, and this thing killed them! I don't see how people bigger than me would fit in it! The resistance is so tight that I would have probably gotten bruises if I had used it for longer than 30 seconds. I bet the intructors go home and cry at night! Though this product is reasonably priced, don't waste your time.

I really wasn't expecting much when I purchased this product, but it was even worse than I expected it to be. The DVD is so slow, you constantly have to go back to the main menu and start a new "zone". The foot mat is a joke... I would recommend getting those giant rubberband things instead of this.

i recently purchased this product and i love it. Between school and work I don't have much time to exercise, and this really helps me out in the exercise department and i love it. i started to feel results the veyr next morning after using it, and i saw results after the first week! i highly recommend this to anyone that wants to get their body in shape but doesn't have time to go to the gym

I love this product! Within a week, my arms and calves were toned and within two weeks my butt and thighs are hard. Granted, Cardio is recommended by me to help get in shape and get rid of the fat but just to tone, I think it's a great product!

My girlfriend wanted me to get this for her. She works out at "Curves" already, but apparently their "machines" don't target specific areas she wanted to improve, but this gismo did. She's been pretty well satisfied with it, and that makes me happy too.

Exactly the incentive I needed . When watching TV at night I jog on it during the commercials. Been doing it two weeks and can already notice a difference. It was a little more oomplicated to put together than I had hoped and it does take two people or a strong man to put together. Well worth the price.

I have only been using this product for two weeks and it does truly deliver on it's promises. If you do the program just 15-20 min a day you will notice a difference in your body and your posture. Love recommend it to everyone who wants to tone and tighten.

I've only bought this for about a week or so and at first my muscles were sore from working out. But it was a good sign. However, I don't think u can tell right away in a week if ur really losing inches or not.... I guess u'll have to work a bit longer like a month or so. still working on it..

it is VERY affordable and compact. once you are done doing the workout, you can easily store it away either in closet or under bed. the only downfall is that the video is Extremely short! i don't break out a sweat, honestly. therefore i either do more reps or do the video twice. i have to say it is practical though. lol...my boyfriend is Forever playing video games, and instead of my just sitting there bored out of my mind, i whip 'zone' and do sum arm exercises! lol....

The first time I used this, I loved it! It doesn't really feel like you're doing a hard workout...until its over and your muscles are burning! Super quick and easy. The only complaint I have is that when standing on the foot chart on #1...the zone trainer doesn't stay put, it slips down a lot on me and is sort of annoying but not that big of a deal. I would definatly recommend this!

I had read other reviews and the biggest complaint was that the video was too short. It is about twenty minutes if you do both parts of the dvd. I like it b/c it gets me started, and I have lost pounds and inches while using this and eating better. As long as you are not expecting a miracle fix then you'll be happy with it. I know I am. A few of my friends have decided to buy one too after using mine.

I really enjoy doing this workout, well as much as I can enjoy any workout! At first I thought the sessions were too short, but by the end of the dvd I was sweating and ready to be done! I get a little stiff after the workout, but I am not sore the next day, which I think is a good thing. The whole workout is right at 30 minutes, so its great for someone who doesn't have a lot of time. I don't have any problems with the band, it doesn't leave bruises or cause me any discomfort. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is just starting out exercising or anyone who has a hard time staying in line when doing the moves.

I looked at alot of different pilates 'rings'. I am glad I purchased this one. The DVD does not have alot of workouts, but it gets you started. I can definitely feel the muscles working - can't wait to see results!

I thought of purchasing this product after seeing the info-mercial for it, but never got around to it, then when I saw it on walmart.com with free site to store shipping, I had to get it!
