I love this exercise program. It is the most fun and effective workout program I have tried. The DVD has a level for everyone to follow so no matter what fitness level you are you can get a great workout. I loved this program so much I am going to start an exercise class using the gliding discs.

I love the gliding discs and would highly recommend them to anyone! They are easy to pack in a suitcase and great to pull out at home while watching TV. The mechanics are very similar to the slide boards at the gym without the bulk. They will definitely make you feel the exercises working right away. The only complaint that I have regarding the order page is that it is does not specify carpet or hard floor use. They automatically send you gliding discs for the carpet.

My knee has been hurting and could not do aerobic exercises with my leg. The gliding discs allow me to move my legs and get aerobic exercise.
The exercises with hands on discs are also good.

There is nothing that compares to the workout you get by using these gliders for the cost. I use them for pilates and I am seeing great results. There is a multitude of options to work all of your body.

Carpet discs came - no choice, 02/26/2008

I ordered these online. Just went to the store to pick them up. They are the hard plastic ones for carpet - not what I need. I see nowhere where I can reorder with the option for the discs for hard floors and made the mistake of assuming they would send those since they seem to be the main disc that is used at gyms, videos, etc. Just beware! Great customer service at WalMart though :)

I first heard about these in a SHAPE Magazine article and thought I'd give them a try...they are GREAT! Hard to believe these little discs are so effective but after just a few minutes you'll feel the BURN! Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

I saw these advertised on TV, on a fitness channel and in a magazine I subscribe to. I couldn't wait to get these home and try them. I bought the ones for carpet. I tried them on a new carpet, and really didn't glide anywhere. Then I waited a few days and tried them in another room, still didn't glide. I finally just put them away. I buy a lot of fitness products, and this was the most disapppointing one that I have ever purchased.

I do a pretty advanced workout. If I follow the advanced lady then it is a good workout. Some parts seem to drag and a little repetitious, but all in all, a decent product.
