I've owned several of these. Unfortunately due to my own neglect(running them through the washing machine etc) I've had to buy new ones. I always get the same model. I only use it for counting steps, but it is accurate for measuring your distance if you set it properly. I just put mine in my pants pocket and leave it all day. I also use it as a time piece.

This is the best thing I ever did was to buy this pedometer. I have it on me every day. It is so easy to use and see display. I have had it for 2 years now. I have even dropped it afew times and no problems. I WILL buy this product again when I need a new one. Highly Highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed !!

This product had awesome reviews and I was so excited to get it. I tested it out the first night, and to my great disappointment, it failed every test. It gave the most inconsistent readings you could imagine (20 steps read as 0! 3 steps read as 17!). I tried to give it another go the next day, and got the same inconsistency. Needless to say, it went right back to the store. So disappointing!

This pedometer has exceeded my expectations! It is very accurate and easy to use. I love the features of saving the last 7 days of data. It also tracks the number of aerobic steps, calories, distance, & time. It has really helped to motivate me to get back in shape. I highly reocmmend ~ it is worth every penny.

My only complaint is sometimes it resets itself when I'm against the sink or countop and it starts over before I reset it myself. Also sometimes it comes loose when I'm really active but the safety clip always catches it. I like it enough I bought a second one for my husband.

I read a review that someone else wrote about how the pedometer counts steps in your pocket and even in your purse. I was skeptical but she was right. This is the greatest product I've ever bought. Worth ever cent! I have comitted myself to walked 15 thousand steps a day and I know with the accuracy of this product I'm sure it counts every single step. I love it and I would buy one for a friend looking to get in shape.

I love it! Very easy to set up right out of the box! Includes a battery which is nice. Instructions are decent, not great. Seems to be fairly accurate on the distance assuming you calculate the distance of your steps correctly. I am not thrilled that it does not have a stop watch, but hey its a pedometer. It has a holster which stays on the belt fairly well, fortunately there is a lanyard with a clip for extra security to keep it from falling off your hip. Overall I am happy with the purchase especially for the price point.

This is the best pedometer I have ever used. It is great because it resets everday for you and keeps count of your steps etc. for a full week so you can see your progress. It is VERY accurate and is very light weight. $30.00 is a great price on this pedometer also. My hubby has a very fancy one that he paid around $70.00 for and I like this one better. It is very easy to program and get going. It is also very nice at the end of the day to see how many calories I burned and how far in miles that I walked. I highly recommend this product.

Pro's: It is a good pedometer, i like the 7 day history and the calorie and mileage count modes. Con's: This Pedometer is too "smart" for its own good. If you read the instructions, it says that the pedometer does not count when it is vibrating (like when you sit down or stand up), it says that it does not count steps when the steps are too slow or shuffling, what this does is it eliminates this pedometer from being effective. Here are my findings after owning this pedometer for a couple of weeks. It doesn't accurately count steps when you use the belt clip at all. If you clip it to your pant line, it vibrates during walking too much and only counts half your steps. If you clip it to your pants pocket it does the same thing. This eliminates you from being able to use the pedometer while exercising because most of us use shorts or sweats when we are exercise walking and it vibrates too much. If you have pockets in your sweats you can get away with this by taking off the belt clip and putting the pedometer in your pocket. It also makes the pedometer inefective to use while running since running inherently causes bouncing and vibration while clipped on your pant line and will bounce all over the place in your pocket. Other thoughts: I have owned a lower model Omron pedometer that was much more effective then this one. It was the omron HJ-150 and if I were to buy again, I would buy that one since it is cheaper and works more effectively. It doesn't have the calorie counter or the mileage counter but since this one doesn't count your steps properly, that info will be inaccurate anyway.
