Love this product; especially the fact that the plates are removable for easy cleanup. Everything we cooked has been great. The only improvement we would make would be a temp. control!

This grill should be called a steamer, I wanted to be able to throw on a frozen chicken breast after work for a quick meal. Because of the front fold overhang, it steams the food and the cooked color is a pale white, no grill marks at all. Wish I could return it.

This thing cooks great hamburgers but, it makes a big mess too. The grease runs out the front to a small tray, that fills up fast, and is almost imposibile to dump out without spilling it. BAD DESIGN

Haven't had it long, but so far it's been great. The size, speed of cooking, taste of the food, CLEAN-UP. Had one without the removal plates & it was a pain to clean. This is so easy. Only additional feature that might be nice to have is a temperature control. With more use though, I may find that that feature is not that important. Great value for the money! Highly recommend!!

I had a small GF grill but couldn't fit everything (skewers) on it plus the grill plates didn't come off, making it very hard to clean. I've used the new one with removable plates a few times now and clean-up is a breeze! I do have to shift the food around sometimes but I don't mind that as long as those grill plates come off! It's just the right size for 1 to 3 people.
