Great little truck. Our son is 18 months old and is able to drive it with a little steering help- the steering is a little hard for him to turn himself. He figured out how to switch from forward and reverse on his own. Was fairly easy to put together. My only complaint is you have to remove 2 screws to access the battery to take the battery out to charge it. Our daughter has the Powerwheels Jeep and that battery is much easier to access/take out for charging.

arrived in intact box but truck body had a crack

This truck arrived on time and the box was not damaged, but when I finally had a chance days after delivery to open the box, I discovered the rear left corner of the truck bed was cracked. At that point I did not feel as if I could contest the delivery and so I repaired it. There was absolutely no packing material around the truck body or parts and it makes me wonder if it had been opened before and repacked for sale after someone returned it to walmart for the crack. the truck does work however.

This is the third Fisher-Price Power Wheels Ford F150 that I have purchased. I purchased two for my grandsons for Christmas in 2011. Both trucks still work well and have given my grandsons hours of fun. Now I have purchased another one for my granddaughter so she can join in the fun with her brother and cousin. I have researched motorized cars for months, and still come back to this Ford F150. I ordered My Little Pony Stickers from Amazon to adhere to her truck - to give it a girly touch. But, my granddaughter only cares that she can keep up with the boys. A great item!

I worried at first whether or not to get this for my sons second birthday. I thought we may wait another year, afraid that he might be a little too young...but no! He loves this truck and has the driving down pat. It will take a little time to teach him how to steer and push the button for reverse, but if u have a big enough yard, it is perfect. Pedal is a little far for 2 years old legs, but it gives room to grow. Easy to put together!

I purchased this for my grandson who is only 18 months old and he cannot touch the pedal yet. I was hoping he would get use out of it during the none snowy days of winter. Although he may not ride it until spring the quality was better than I expected.

Great deal from Walmart and super fast free shipping. The product itself was very easy to assemble and not very many parts! The only reason for the 4 star rating is because the charger does not have a "charge/power indicator light" although the instructions and Fisher Price Customer Support said it should have. They sent be another one because the light was not working, which was delivered free in 2 days. However, same issue. I peeled the label back off the charger unit to verify if a light indeed was under the label, there is not. Other than that, the product works just fine.

I thought that the tailgate opened, so this is my biggest dissappointment. I wanted the doors to open too. The pedal seems far for my son to actually push it... maybe he is still too short. Not sure I would re-buy this if I had seen this in person first...

I got this for my son who is a little less than 3 yrs old. Gave it to him for Christmas and he can't stop climbing in and out of it. The speed is good as well as the traction since both wheels turn with motors. I understand also that you can increase the speed with new batteries through modifiedpowerwheels.com. All in all a great purchase!

When I ordered this it stated it was a 12V was not in the market for a 6V. That said it has alot of room if my son did not already open it and see it I would of returned it. But I do not have the heart to say no Walmart gave us the wrong one and you will not get another one. So he is keeping it. This is cheap holes do not line up so mods must be made. And 16hr charge time at 900mah my Back up is 3x the size of this and takes 2hrs to recharge. This product is not something I would recommend to friends and family. You get what you pay for.

This is a great truck for the money. Very powerful. I got this from walmart and wasn't happy with the condition it arrived in packaged. It looked like it'd been opened and retaped. It didn't come with a bed cover but I made one in no time with vinyl from walmart. It did already have 2 holes for the screws I put in to hold it down. The product itself is very great. I am very pleased. My 1 yr old grandson will get this on Christmas morning. It came with a little bit of charge but we've charged it for the 18 hrs recommended. It seems to be good quality and he'll get to grow into it. He hasn't driven it yet and may not be capable for a while so I don"t know exactly how well it is really right now. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Although the two old we bought this for is still too scared to actually ride the truck, I can tell its a great product for the price. Its even sturdy enough to hold a 120 pound adult trying to encourage the two year old. Our toddler still likes to climb in it and pretend to work on the engine. He is a little disappointed it doesn't have a horn or windshield wipers, but I'm sure you have to buy a more expensive power wheels to get those options. Overall, good truck. And its silver. Going by the picture, we were expecting white.

Last night I spent the night assembling Christmas presents....I finally got around to opening the Power Wheel and the body of the Ford was cracked significantly from the shipping--because the box was thoroughly beaten up even open on the rear. I'm pretty ticked off because I had the majority of the assembly done (having kept that particular side facing away from me the whole time).
