We had been looking for a while for a small microwave for our very little kitchen and we certainly did not want to spend $70+ dollars on such a small appliance. We shopped multiple stores until we finally found this one. The size was perfect, it had nice features and the price was amazing! It has performed beautifully for us and we are very happy with it. It's a steal of a deal for a little microwave.

This is the third one of these microwaves I have purchased from Walmart. The first I bought for my wife and I when we moved to Florida a few years ago. It was a great product for a very good price and the only reason I don't have it now is we moved into a house we built with a built-in microwave. I gave it to a friend. We then bought one of these for my Mom when her very old unit was giving up the ghost. She loved it... it was much better than her old unit. But then it just stopped working after only a few months. I decided that I would try one more time and purchased another for her. Ther price could not be beat for the features. Hopefully this one will last longer. JR in FL

I purchased this microwave about 4 years ago and I have been very happy with it. It works great for a 700 watt and doesn’t take up much space. It just recently stopped working and that’s only because my 3 year old son tried to cook something for way too long. It still looked new at the time it broke and probably would have lasted a lot longer. I think I might purchase this one again or at least a GE.

i didn't get a large microwave so I didn't get a large microwave; I bought the GE .7 cubic feet I did - besides, being on such a budget that I couldn't really afford a big one. I am more than pleased. The GE I bought has met my expectations and more. It seems to have as much power as a larger product; it takes up almost no space at all. A tremendous buy for the money.

My last microwave oven was a GE that looked nearly identical to this one and it was donated to charity as it was still working great other than a door that occasionally stuck. I just wanted an inexpensive new one with a kitchen timer, interior light, and decided to be loyal to the GE brand. It filled the bill perfectly except for the most important part of ALL,, reliability ! This one lasted only TEN DAYS and simply stopped heating completely as I prepared my "last supper". I did slug it back and got a replacement of same but can't say I would ask another to do so. Spin the wheel of chance and hope it lasts.

I just needed a simple microwave to pop popcorn, heat up my pop tarts, and warm up some water for tea when I'm in a hurry.
This did pop the popcorn - and burned it. It heated up my poptart and water for the short time I had it. I had it about 2 months and it stopped working. It's under warranty but not even worth going through the process.
Even for just a simple microwave it wasn't worth it. I'm going back out and spending a few more bucks for the 1,000 watt. Maybe there just wasn't much development put into the small products.

I have given mine a lot of use already. I made a baked potato yesterday for the first time using this micro. I was amazed; really. The potato was good sized. All I did was push the potato icon. I didn't have to time it. It started by itself. The potato was perfectly done. This micro is just the right size for a small area; for an older person; college student and etc. I have nothing but good comments to made. Of course, it is a GE product and I have never met a GE product that wasn't worth its weight in gold.

We bought this little microwave to replace a bigger model which finally just gave out on us. This powerful little replacement has just as much power as our old one but is sleeker and just beautiful on our countertop! With just my husband and I now at home, we especially love the pictures and words on the buttons (such as beverage and popcorn). These are easier on old eyes, lol. It is big enough to fit a full size dinner plate and I tried one of the store's plates in the display model before we bought it! We would definitely recommend this product!!

this microwave is pretty but its too small. in order to get a dinner plate heated entirely you have to heat it for like 5 minutes. yet on any other microwave a minute is fine.the popcorn setting always burns the popcorn. the defroster doesnt defrost. if your a mom like me with a busy house and 3 kids, always having to heat up food do not buy this microwave. its not worth the 50 bucks, id say its worth 30 if even .
