Haier 6.6-lb .91 cu. ft. Capacity Portable Top Load Clothes Washer

The reason I bought the washer was that I move quite frequently and did not want the hassle of moving large appliances (like a full size washer/dryer). I bought this a month ago and is working out pretty good. The normal wash gets clothes clean, however, the clothes are pretty wet as the spin cycle is not powerful enough. As other reviewers have noted, the unit does not have wheels and is a pain to move it around. I put furniture sliders under the four legs and can move it around now very easy. Paired with a $7 drying rack, it is an economical alternative to buying full size washer/dryer and I have no need for trips to the laundromat. So far no problems with the unit. The manual is not well written, however, the unit was easy to setup so it was not a hangup for me.

I purchased this Haier portable washer for my baby daughter. It's an amazing product. We have it for about 2 weeks and loved it very much. Beautiful design, cute size for the use in the bathroom, more importantly, it provides the washing functionts almost like the regular washing machine. It has three washing cycle selections, power wash, regular, and quick wash, and in three stages, wash, rinse, and spin. There are three automatic water levels to select from, low, medium, high, and one manual control. The washer is very quiet and beeps when the washing is done. The setup is very simple with the faucet adapter. When you need to use the washer, plug the hose in, and when you're done, simply remove the hose. Overall, we're very satisfied with this purchase and definitely will recommend it to our friends.

This washer is great. We just moved to a small apartment with no laundry facilities. This washer is easy to hook up. My husband build a small 4 wheeled dolly for me to push it from the closet to the sink.
We have had no problems with this washer and I would highly recommend it to any one who hates to go to the laundramat.

I live by my self and hate to take my dirty laundry out some where. I saw this little washer at work one night. I was bound and determined to get this washer. The night before we was to get a Bonus I went to check out this little washer and it was gone!!! I asked my AM if we still had this washer where would it be as it was not on action alley between housewares and hardware. He broke my heart that night. I wanted to break down and cry. He told me that we didn't have it any more and would not be getting it again. It was a one time thing. I went to my friend/co worker and cried. at lunch time we went to electronics and looked on the computer and found it was sold out. I did how ever find one a little cheaper, not as cute but cheaper. When we got our checks I cashed it and got myself a Wal*Mart card and put the money I needed on it and another co worker helped me get back on line to order the other washer and what did we find. We found the one I wanted in the first place. We ordered it and put all the information in. By the time I got home their was an e-mail telling me they had received my order and that they was starting the processing of it.
I should get it between March 18th and March 25th. I ordered this on March 6th. I then was told when my order was at my store they would e-mail me and I needed to copy that e-mail to take with me to get my order. I also needed my ID. March 13th I got my little washer. That was fast. I really liked the idea that it came before it was said it would. My little easter to myself. Now I had to go to several places to find another adaptor that would fit my kitchen faucet. I was very shocked to find Wal*Mart did not carry the adaptor I needed. I finally found one at a place that sold old time items. They had one. I was not wanting to return my washer. I am thrilled that I found this adaptor. Now I have to date done 6 loads of laundry am very impressed with this little washer. At least now I can do my work clothes and underware (bras, pantie & socks) once a week instead of once every 2 weeks. If I choose, I can now do laundry everyday, I think once a week for the time being is good enough. I still have to take blankets, out but thats OK by me. I take those to a friends so I can visit and do craft things with her.
All in all I believe this little washer was a great purchase for me. If you live alone or maybe with a baby. I think this washer would be a great investment. I love my little washer, besides I think it's the cutest thing I've seen in an appliance.
I was also impressed how quick it was to shop from site to store. That was a great experience for me. I would do it again. Infact I am looking at getting the dryer that matches it. But That will have to wait till we get our next bonus.

All in all, it is good, but the one I bought is leaking when it works. The water level can not be maintained in the washing tub. It is geting lower and lower. I need change a new one. If everyone of the machine is leaking like this, it is not very good. It must be some design defect on it.

Just wanted to say that this machine is GREAT! I have a small motorhome and needed a washer. This compact machine is just right. After reading the reviews I took a chance on it, it's just what I wanted and needed. It arrived fast to the store. The only parts that had to be installed were the bottom plate, "which has the instructions to install stamped on the metal plate itself" 6 small screws, and the water hose. I had read that some had leaks on the water part so I used teflon tape when I connected the hose. The first load I ran water in the tank and added powder soap about 1/2 of the usual, had a small amount that didn't dissolve. No problem, I didn't have liquid soap on hand so I simply added the soap to a cup of water first and then poured it in the 2nd load. Worked Perfect. I ended up doing 3 load of wash quickly and had them hanging before I went to bed. My loads weren't skimpy either, for example one wash consisted of 10 blouses and a pair of pj's. The machine handled it just fine and my clothes were clean. The spin cycle is very efficent and really gets the water out. I couldn't be happier as I really disliked hauling clothes to the laundry mat on my day off from work. :) Thank you Walmart for offering the site to store service with no delivery charges. I would have to say this is my favorite purchase that I have ever made online! Easy transaction, I will use site to store service again as well. One Happy Camper!

I just got this washer a couple of days ago and have already used it like 10 times! It is better than i thought it was going to be! Its a little loud during the spin cycle but what washer isnt....plus the clothes are hardly wet when you take them out. it only took 2 hours for my babys blankets to dry! Just make sure that you read and follow all the directions and dont put too much soap in.
