This is the second one we've bought (it's easier than carrying it back and forth). The Step has no moving parts, but a strong and sturdy grip surface and works just fine. It has held up well, is easy to clean, and does just what it is supposed to. The only thing we needed to do is occasionally clean it, and buy 4 additional support donuts to make it higher. Otherwise it is simple and very useful for aerobics.

this product provides everything you need to do exercises and have fun while you do it i love the dvd that came with the product and walmart's "ship to store" is the only way to buy on the internet because the purchaser does not pay freight charges and the product was at my walmart store 7 days earlier than promised

This is just like the ones I used at the gym. It is large, but it gives you a better workout than the smaller one. The DVD is awesome! It's great for beginners and even those who have stepped in the past that are getting back into it. The Step is very sturdy and does not slide on the carpet during the workout.

I have been stepping for years, and at home I've only had a cheaper, smaller step. I finally decided to upgrade to this step and have been very pleased with it. It is solid, sturdy, and has plenty of room to move to increase heart rate more efficiently. The Step came with a Cathe DVD, which I love (it has a beginner and an advance workout), although there may be a different video in each Step box. I only gave four stars for value because for plastic, this seems priced a bit high, but Walmart.com was the cheapest place I could find this step. Once again, Site To Store is a great value.

Its exactly what you would expect. I used Ship-to-Store which worked out well and did not even take as long as estimated. The step itself seemed to be used. The box it came in was crushed and torn, the DVD was not plastic wrapped and its case was broken. But the DVD played fine and the step seems fairly indestructible, so I'm happy enough with it.

Highly recommend this over the smaller but less expensive ones - well worth the price. The size and width of this step makes it well worth the price. You really need that extra space so you can step up and down without tripping over and can complete all the routines without tangling your legs. The product itself is well made, sturdy and very easy to setup. The DVD (Cathy Diedrich) is excellent for beginners to get the steps right and the cardio-weight session (1 hour long) will surely help you drop weight in a hurry or tone you up. I've been following the cardio-weight session two to three times a week for a couple of weeks and it feels great and I am getting leaner. Highly recommend this unit for beginners or advanced users, especially for those who don't have the time or budget to go to a gym. Buy some free weights, this step unit and you have all you need for an intense work out.

Don't bother with any other brand of step. Most of the others are not long enough to effectively exercise with. I use this step to do my own version of BodyPump at home and traditional step.

This step is great and of quality contruction. I purchased it when my gym membership expired and I get the same quality work out at home on my own time. It comes with 2 risers, which is great! The video is okay; the music's not the best, but it'll do. Once you have the steps down, you can turn the video off, put your own upbeat music to it, and have at it. Overall, if you like to step, this full-sized step is for you!

The step was even more than what I expected!! It's large like the one I'm used to using in the gym and it came with four risers so I don't have to worry about purchasing extras. The step workout dvd is great and I definitely get a good workout. The step stays steady on the floor during the workout and I use it for dips and push ups as well. It's definitely worth the money. My order came in very quick and I would recommend it to everyone who loves step aerobics as much as me!!
