Recieved this as a gift for Christmas and it is wonderful..When I have tension in my back, I just plug this in and it takes care of the rest. Can get a little rough on the upper back if you put too much weight on the chair.My mother-in-law always uses this when she comes over..So much so that I'm buying her one for her birthday!
